The sun rises on a new day. After brushing my teeth I knock on Noir's door.
Y/N: "Noir, you ready?"
The door opens revealing Noir with a large duffle bag slung over her shoulder.
Y/N: "Got everything you need?"
Noir: "Yep."
Y/N: "Including your other clothes?"
She pats her bag.
Y/N: "Good. You got a scarf?"
She runs back into her room. After a second or two she walks out with a black scarf wrapped around her neck.
Noir: "Ready."
Y/N: "Then let's get going."
We exit the house. We then walk down the streets of Vale. Looking around I see everyone dressed warm.
Noir: "Not much longer until winter."
Y/N: "Yep. That always means Christmas is just around the corner."
Noir: "About a month away."
Y/N: "You decided where you wanna spend thanksgiving?"
Noir: "Well, my friends invited me spend it with them. But I don't want you or mom to be alone."
Y/N: "Don't worry about us. Your mom and I have something planned. We just want you to spend time with your friends. We understand how hard it is, what with your, late night activities."
Noir: "You sure?"
Y/N: "Of course."
She smiles as we hitch a ride to Beacon. When the side door opens we see Christmas decorations already being set up.
Speaker: "Welcome back students. Please make your way to the auditorium. All parents are to make their way to gym."
Noir: "Well, guess this' where we part ways."
We hug.
Y/N: "Take care kid."
We break the hug as I make my way to the gym. Getting there I stop at the door. I mentally prepare for what might happen. Second thoughts start to consume my mind.
Y/N: "Maybe this was a bad idea."
I go to leave when a pair of hands cover my eyes.
Voice: "Guess who."
I smile.
Y/N: "Been awhile since I heard that voice."
My eyes are uncovered allowing me to see the owner of the voice.
Ruby: "Hey Y/N."
Y/N: "Hey Ruby."
We share a hug.
Voice: "Long time no see Y/N."
Voice2: "No kidding."
I look and become surprised.

Y/N: "Yang, Weiss."
I shake Weiss' hand while Yang pulls me into a deep hug.
Y/N: "How've you guys been?"
Yang: "Alright. But what about Blake? How's she?"
Y/N: "Good."
Weiss: "How's life been?"
I exhale creating fog.
Y/N: "I don't know exactly. On one hand I'm glad I've been able to raise Noir in peace. But on the other I'm so bored I'm this close to yanking out my hair."
I use my pointer finger and thumb to show my point.
Weiss: "Well you can always come back to us."
Ruby: "Yeah. We'd be more than happy to have you guys back."
Yang: "Plus it'd let us spend some time with Noir. I mean we haven't seen her since she was real young."
Weiss: "That's mostly because we're busy taking care of our own child."
Y/N: "Oh yeah. I heard you three all adopted. How's she doing by the way?"
Weiss: "Well for the most part. But some times it's like dealing with two of these fools."
She motions to Ruby and Yang. They stick out their tongue.
Weiss: "Point proven."
Ruby: "Let's get inside. It's kinda freezing."
Y/N: "Agreed."
We walk into the gym. Immediately we're greeted by a familiar loud voice.
Nora: "Friends!!!!"
Like lightning she zooms to us wrapping all five of us in a bear hug.
Nora: "I missed you guys!"
Yang: "Is it just me, or has she gotten stronger?"
