"Tomorrow will be better."
Maybe tomorrow won't include my lack of happiness.
Maybe tomorrow won't include my never-ending state of despair.
Maybe tomorrow a genie from out of this world will come to me and grant me three wishes.
Maybe tomorrow I'll wish for a time machine.
Maybe tomorrow I'll go back and fix all my regrets.
Maybe tomorrow I'll go back and relive my childhood.
Maybe tomorrow I'll go back to a time where I was happy.
Maybe tomorrow I'll stay stuck in the past.
Maybe tomorrow I won't have to go
back into this hell of a reality.
But right now, I'm stuck.
Not in the past—
But the present.
