He first sees her, from his seat on the balcony where all rich people stayed. He watched as she flew threw the air, a wingless flight so majestic it has him gripping his seat. Her ankles locked together and her finger tips reaching out, stretched out like the length of a flamingos neck. One he couldn't help but compare her to, covered in pink. Pink, pink, pink. And although it may have seemed like a second gone by for others, the moment she swung close to the balcony everything almost feels like it's in slow motion.
He could see the slow movement of free hair falling from her bun. The way the bright lights cast a winged shadow beneath the length of her lashes. And it feels as though her eyes are on him too. The sound of loud cheers are muffled, then he's snapped back into reality and she's suddenly gone.
He leaps out his seat, the only thing stopping him from falling over; the railing that he grips onto, so hard his knuckles turn white. She's dipped down to the floor and thrown back up caught by another man hanging from a silver hoop. Right then and there he decides, that this....she is the most majestic thing he's ever seen.
"Who's that?" He asks the man beside him, person behind everything, this so called 'circus'.
The man beside him chuckles and twists his hat on his head. "How about we take you to find out."

Once the show was completely over, the headman, Namjoon drags him down a few stairs almost yanking his arm out his socket. He quickly realizes this is backstage and where the magic happens, he sees a bunch of people running around and hugging each other in congratulation of finishing the show safely.
"Ruby!" Namjoon calls, snapping Taehyung out of his thoughts and roaming eyes. Then he sees her and it feels like there's cotton in his chest.
"Ruby Jane, this is Taehyung, Taehyung Kim to be exact."
Taehyung quickly bows and Ruby follows suit she reaches her hand out for him to take. "Pleasure to meat you, Mr Kim. What's your act?" She smiles. Taehyung wants to die right there and then because her apple cheeks look so full when she smiles and her eyes make pretty crescents.
"Oh no, I'm just here to watch."
"Did you enjoy the show then?"
"Oh," he lets out breathlessly, about to spew about how much he Absolutely adored it, more specifically her. "It was spectacular, beautiful even." He responds. "Y-you did wonderful! I enjoyed your part the most."
He could tell she gets shy by this and he gives himself a point for that. "Glad to hear, But I must go now." She bows.
Taehyung nods quickly, understanding the rush. "It was nice meeting you Ruby Jane."
