The cabin

Amelia's pov

After everyone told them everything Eddie
looked terrified so I was holding his hand as
comfort. Jenny wasn't as bothered because I
already told her a summary of everything.
"So now we need a plan" I say and everyone
agrees

"Well obviously their suspect #1 is Eddie"
Mike tells us "so he should probably hide out
for a while" he says once again and Eddie
groans "this is bullshit" he says "It's the best
thing to do right now" hopper tells him

"Hop aren't you a cop, can't you do
something?!" Jenny asks and he shakes his
head "I'm not anymore, but I can try to talk to
them" I shake my head

"no matter what you say to them, even if you tell them the truth they wouldn't believe it. I mean who in their right mind would believe it?" I say

"She's right no one's gonna believe any of us"
Nancy says "So we all just need to act normal
and try to figure out what the hell is going
on" she says again "we also need a place for
Eddie to stay" Dustin says

"I have a cabin far far far in the middle of the
woods that pretty much no one knows about" hopper puts in "that could work" I say,
looking at Eddie and he nods "But Um will I be alone?" He asks nervously

I frown and look at everyone "I'll stay with
Eddie in your cabin hop. They'll probably
think I'm a suspect since I'm not gonna be at
my trailer for a while"

"Why would you stay with Eddie?" Will asks
curiously "because I think it's best" Jonathan
rolls his eyes from the corner of the room "We
will also need someone to deliver food like
every week or so, I could go out but it'll be
risky" they nod "yeah we will figure that out"
Robin assures

"For now everyone just needs to relax and
figure stuff out, come to the cabin if you have
any information" I tells them as we all walk
out of the house

"stay safe guys!" I yell while me Eddie and hopper walk to hoppers car so he can take us to the cabin

"We will!" A few of them say back
Me and Eddie get in the back and hopper
sighs "Can't ever catch a break can ya kid?" I smile a little "seems like I can't" he laughs

"it's a long drive so get comfortable" I look out the window and feel Eddie put his head on my
shoulder It's scary to have to hide because you saw one of your friends die from some hell monster and now the cops think you did it. It's all terrifying and I hate that Eddie and Jenny are now involved,

"So are y'all a thing?" Hopper asks me "Oh
um well yeah.. we are and have been for a while" he nods

"why haven't I been told this information" I shrug "Never came up" "I feel like it should've" he jokes "whatever"

Hopper is like a father to me, when I first
moved here he was always nice and then we
got closer over time. I'm also close with
eleven but we just don't hang out that much.
"You think we will be ok?" He sighs "I hope"
Eddie puts his head in my lap and it makes
my heart gush, I quickly realize he wants me
to play with his hair. So I do

"How are you and Mrs.Joyce" I smile and he
rolls his eyes "I don't think right now is the
time to date" he shrugs "that's a load of bull, don't let no upside down bitch get in the way"
he just laughs

"Just go to sleep like your boyfriend back there" Eddie groans "I'm not asleep"

"Well you're being quiet so maybe teach
amelia" Eddie laughs and I smack his head
"ow" he yelps "We're here" hop announces

We get out of the car and I look at the small
cabin in front of us "this is homey?" My
boyfriend says as we walk inside "it'll do,
would you rather be in jail for a murder you
didn't do?" Hopper asks

"nope"

"There's food that should last for a week or
two, and here is a walkie-talkie Dustin told
me to give you guys" he hands me it and
smiles

"now don't get into any trouble" he
says "you too" I say back
"Someone will come by this week,I'm not
sure who but you guys will get visits quite often ."I nod and frown a bit

I hug him before he leaves "stay safe kid" he
whispers "I will"
"Alright well bye you guys" he walks out and I
look at Eddie

"welp, home sweet home" he flips onto the couch

Eddie is my favorite person ever, end of story
