Hi guys!
Thank you to everyone who's been taking their time to read The Hauntings of Isla Thatcher. I enjoy writing each chapter as much as you seem to enjoy reading it. I wanted to add this small page for new upcoming readers to understand the reasoning behind this book.
As many of you know, paranormal investigators and YouTubers, Sam and Colby just released the last episode of their current season yesterday. (sad) But as much as I hate this being the end of the season, I wanted to say that their videos, efforts, and hard work has inspired me to write this fanfiction. I don't normally write fanfics but their videos have given me the perfect storyline to type.
I only started this book last week and it's reached 70+ reads and I'm so thankful for that!
I've also been learning about the paranormal world, the equipment, and the dedication Sam and Colby have so I can put my knowledge into this book. To be honest, I was never fond of the other world or anything remotely close to it but seeing the thrill run through them has given me the same thrill. I'm writing this book out of joy and I don't expect Sam, Colby nor Nate to see this book. I don't expect this book to become 'popular' or anything whatsoever.
I have reached out to Colby to let him know about this current project but then again, it's not expected of him to see it. But Colby, Sam, and Nate, if one or all of you are reading this, or reacting to it, I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for the inspiration you three have given me. I hope you enjoy the book.
