Beginning

*script layout for part 1 of Sam and Colby's video* 

Colby turns to face the camera in Nate's hands. 

Colby: Alright. we've gone through Isla's journal and found some things that'll help but first, we talked to Hazel and she's willing to give us a tour of this house looks at Sam with a grin 

Hazel: I'm more than welcome to give you guys the tour gives them a soft smile

Nate turned the camera to Sam as he lets Hazel know that she has the floor. 

Hazel: okay, so you've seen the living room, the kitchen, and the small hallway to the backdoor. It's all pretty simple, however, it wasn't always like this. 

Nate: what do you mean? 

Hazel: well, you see the flower material on the furniture? points 

Everyone nods as Hazel points at the two-seater. 

Hazel: this couch right here had a red leather material underneath and kneels down to point at the bottom of the couch these marks indicate that Isla tried removing the material so she can place the flower covers stands up and looks at their faces 

Hazel: since the material was stubborn as hell, Isla decided to keep it on and place the flower cover over, stapling it as much as she could 

Nate nods, panning the camera to Colby 

Colby: would you say she hates the color red? 

Hazel leads them through the kitchen and down another hall that led to the stairwell and a storage door to the side 

Hazel: there isn't much red in this house to know that Isla hated the color, however, there's been some moments that could possibly say otherwise

Nate: like what? 

Hazel smiles as she lifts her sleeve, showing them a scar that lined up her forearm 

Hazel: i got this scar a couple of months after buying this house. I was wearing a red dress, nothing fancy. It was opening night and I was showing a group of people a room Isla has upstairs but just before I walked in, I felt a sharp pain run through my arm 

Sam: what the fuck 

Hazel: i checked but I didn't see anything. Normally, when you get a scar, you see a red line

Colby: right places hand on his chin 

Hazel: but there wasn't any. so I went home and I checked again and this time, the scar was visible, burning so much to the point where I felt like my arm was on fire 

Colby takes the camera from Nate as Hazel opens the storage door. 

Hazel: this room was just for storage. Isla kept a lot of pictures, gifts, and childhood stuff. She was very organized but it came down to the very end that her stuff was scattered everywhere. I don't know how or what happened

Colby walked through the door, turning around fully to capture every corner

Nate turns to Hazel

Nate: it's sweet to keep childhood memories. What kind of stuff did she keep? 

Hazel: shrugs the usual kind of stuff any person would keep. teddy bears, clothes, crafts, anything they remember or have had by their side growing up. But Isla kept a lot of papers, most of them being letters. 

Sam: do the letters say who it's from or who it's for? leans against the wall in curiosity 

Hazel: it's hard to say. the letters didn't come in envelopes. they were folded but many of them were burnt. they're actually upstairs on the display wall, you'll see when I take you up. but first, i want to take you three to the garden

Hazel walks out of the hall,  into the kitchen, and to the backdoor. colby holds the camera to catch nate's and sam's reactions as Hazel opens the door. nate looks up, admiring the red and white roses twirling around the holes of the archway

Nate: that's an archway 

Colby and Sam let out a low giggle as they walk through the archway. 

Nate: do you care for this garden? 

Hazel: i do. i try to keep up with it but I don't normally stop by here that often. Aside from buying the Flower House, i do tend to travel here and there for work so i have my boyfriend stop by to water them

Sam: nods has your boyfriend experienced anything? 

Hazel: laughs there goes a question I don't have an answer for. he did tell me that he doesn't really believe in the paranormal so I try not to bother him with anything relating to it. 

Colby: understandable. should we head back and see Isla's room? walks behind Nate

Hazel nods in response, leading them back to the house. up the stairs and down the creepy hall. 

Sam: look! the display wall 

Colby turns the camera to the wall, slowly showing one letter to another. 

Nate: holy fuck, they are burnt points they're burnt at parts that could've had names 

Hazel laughs at their excitement 

Hazel: this is Isla's room. One of the places Isla has considered her safe place. 

They all step into the room. 

Nate: it just got warm in here, did you guys feel that? 

Sam: holy shit, i did. 

Colby: nevermind that. shall we begin?
