Dear Diary,
Mother found out about my lover. She's furious. Wants to forbid me to ever seeing him again or marry him. She threatened to kill him if she ever saw him and burn my home to the ground. I wish I knew why she hated him so much to the point where our lives didn't mean much to her. He told me that everything is going to be okay and that we might have to leave the Flower House behind. Start a new life. I love my mother but if I had the chance to run away with him, I would do it over and over.
Shortly after the incident with her, I found out I was pregnant. My lover and I are going to be parents and before we discussed anything further, we agreed to run off. We're packing our important things and leaving within a week. I'm not telling her about our plans or where we're headed to, in fact, I'm telling her that I am no longer her daughter and my own child will not have a grandmother.
