"Where are you going?" Gyuvin frowns at me.

"Gotta do something. I'll be right back" Gyuvin nods and starts talking with all the others. I leave the noisy lunchroom and walk in an awkward way towards the art room. I open the door and stand looking at the new girl. She stares right back and smiles.

"Hello." She widens her smile, but it is not a fake one. I give her something that feels like a warm smile back and look around the room.

"So what's the reason you asked me to come here?" The girl's eyes widen and she hastily bows down and gets back up almost immediately.

"Oh! I'm so sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Cho-Hee. You can just call me Cho. I'm in your chemistry class and music class. " I laugh and smile

"I'm Hanbin"

"Oh, I know. Everyone talks about you" I stagger at the sudden straightforward words. I shake my head slightly and bite my lip.

"Sorry but I still don't understand the reason you called me over? Is there something I can help with?" She shakes her head and walks towards me. She sticks her hand out and smiles brightly.

"Let's be friends." I look at her and raise my eyebrows. She laughs .

"Don't worry, I'm not here to use you for homework or anything" I sigh and smile down at her

"That's not what I'm worried about" now it's her turn to raise her eyebrows. To avoid further questioning, I take her hand and shake it. She gives another bright smile and passes me her phone.

"Can I have your number then?"

"What for?"

"Well what are friends for if you can't talk to them outside of school?" I take the phone. I type down the numbers hastily and give her back her phone. I take a chance to look at the art room while she inspects her phone. There is a painting that catches my eye. I walk towards it and feel Cho-Hee follow behind me. I inspect the painting without touching the masterpiece.

"You like it?"

"The colors chosen are peculiar," I look it up and down and smile, "it's unique." I take a look at Cho-Hee and see her smiling proudly at the painting.

"Is it yours?" She shakes her head rapidly.

"Oh no! I took it from my brother because I had so much homework to do." I nod and look back at the painting.

"He has an interesting choice of colors. I've barely seen anything that looks so pretty with these kinds of colors." I say. I wonder where all that motivation came from to make such a painting. Cho-Hee shrugs and frowns

"He can only make everything look perfect. Even he looks perfect," she looks at me then at the ground "it's kind of annoying" I laugh

"I wouldn't know. I never had any siblings."

"Lucky you. Sometimes it really takes a lot of energy to have one."

"Is he younger than you?"

"Yeah. By one year."

"Oh that must suck. Having a younger sibling, I mean". She smiles

"Tell me about it"

The rest of the classes were quite boring so I didn't bother to listen. So when the last bell rang, both me and Ricky sprinted from the building. We walked to a Cafe near it.

"Ah, seriously, Americanos always brighten my day." Says Ricky, holding his drink to my face. I push the drink towards him and frown.

"You think I have bad vision or something?"
