I woke up feeling a hand holding mine.

Sabi na nga ba't pagod na pagod si Ryle kagabi. Now look, he's sleeping. It's good that he didn't drive last night, baka ay naaksidente pa siya.

P-Pero bakit dito sa kwarto ko siya natulog?! I just realized, he's laying beside me! Dahil sa reyalisasyon, bahagya ko siyang nasipa kaya nabagsak siya sa sahig.

"Omg, Ryle! Omg, sorry! Okay ka lang? Omygosh! I didn't intend to--" I stopped panicking because when I looked for him, he's sitting asleep on the floor! "R-Ryle?"

"Mhm.."

What?! Paanong nakapikit at parang hindi niya namalayan ang impact ng pagbagsak niya? At talagang nakaupo pa siya!

My jaw literally dropped by the sight. Ganu'n ba siya kapagod para makatulog sa ganitong sitwasyon?

All I can do is sigh and chuckle. I tried to move him pero hindi ko kaya ang bigat niya at lalong dahil sa dahan-dahan lang ang pag-angat ko like how the hell am I gonna move him at this state?!

Sinubukan kong medyo lakasan ang pag-angat sa braso niya at lakasan ang galaw pero natisod lang ako ng sarili kong mga paa. Napaluhod ako at nahulog ang matigas na likod ni Ryle sa akin.

I managed to handle my balance, fortunately. Hahawakan ko pa lang sana ulit ang magkabilang braso ni Ryle pero inunahan niya akong gumalaw. I panicked again thinking that he's awake.

"Ryle it's not what you-" and there he is, awake like the sun. Nawalan ako ng salita para magpaliwanag sa nadatnan niyang nakakailang na pwesto namin.

"Celestine?" his low-husky voice gave shivers to my lips, can't utter a goddamn word. I was shocked when he stood up and walked backwards from me then he covered his body as if I'm a pervert trying to rape him! "W-what's your intentions, Celestine? I know that I am courting you but this isn't right. You shouldn't take advantage of me unless we're real couples!" he uttered, leaving me in complete shock.

WHAT THE HELL.

"If you want my body, I can just give it but the deal is we're not together. Be my girlfriend first before wishing for my greatness." my eyes widened. "Being my girlfriend is still not even appropriate for you to touch me but you're being lucky so--"

My eyes were wide not because of embarrassment and shock but by annoyance.

HOW COULD HE.

"What the hell are you talking about, huh? I woke up with you sleeping next to me. In shock, I accidentally kicked you out of my bed and tried many times to lift you up and move you but then you woke up and now accusing me as a pervert?!" I'm raging. "Why are you laying next to me then, huh? You shameless pervert! You're the one who tried to take advantage of me but you're so tired from work that your body collapsed!"

His jaw dropped but let a loud laughter later on and I joined him.

"Hahaha, you're good at it, Celestine." he said. "Just kidding."

"Yeah, I know. I was, too."

We kept on laughing but I stopped when I realized something. "Ryle,"

"Hm?"

I glared at him, giving off the aura of a woman that any man could fear.

"Why are you sleeping next to me for real anyway?" alam kong siguro sa sobrang pagod pero bakit hindi na lang siya natulog sa guest room? "You said you'd only watch me until I fall asleep but why did I woke up lying next to you?"

That finished him off.

He apologized and apologized and explained why did he passed out last night.
