Part 19.1: If we had five more minutes

I turn on my powers and I kill as many as I can. If I kill them, they can't hurt Gareth or my brother or the others. I'm not a hero, I'm not trying to be one. I'm a fighter, I fight my entire life, I born to fight and save the others. I will prove them that I'm not weak.

" What are you doing? Y/NN. STOP" Gareth screamed from the other side.

Me: I'm sorry I have to do this. For Dustin, for Will, for everyone.

" Stop it Y/N please. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. We all know how strong you are, please, stay in the plan. Come here, please, don't do anything stupid. I can't lose you. Y/NNN" He screams with tears in my eyes, while he tries to enter the upside-down.

I continue to use my power and kill these bitches. I feel blood come out from my nose. It's normal for me to bleed after 15 minutes. There are a few of them left, I don't have the power to stop them but if I don't, they will hurt Gareth. I reach my limit but I need to continue. For Gareth, for Dustin, for Will, for the others. I need to kill these things and I need to win time. I feel my eyes heavy. Some of these things are trying to get into our world where Gareth is. I get on my knees and use all of my powers. After that, I don't remember many things. My time has come, at least I'm happy.

Gareth's POV:

I try to get her here. I'm trying to get into the upside-down. When I finally get in, I see lots of bats corpses and Y/N in the floor. Dead. I run up to them, they still have their sense.

Me: everything is gonna be okay. Just hold on a little longer, Y/N.

Y/N: Tell my brother that I love him and I don't want him to cry, not even for my death. Tell him to keep smile, it fits on him. Also, tell Will...oh, Will my beloved...tell him that one day he will get everything he deserves till then tell him to keep his patient and don't make him to forget how special he is. Tell Mike that he is a complete jerk, but I love him anyway. Also, tell him if he hurt Will one more fucking time I will haunt him.And oh tell Robin...my sweet girl, tell her not to be shamed about who she is. For Steve, I want you to tell him that he will find the one till them keep him away from Nancy, one day and tell him that he was the best father figure I could ever have. For my Sinclair siblings, tell Erica never stop to be a badass and Lucas to stop trying to be the cool kid, he already is one. Also tell to my lovely girls Max and Jane to never stop being who they are and hide and tell them to be powerful against everyone. In the end, tell Jeff I really liked him and it was me that I stole his irom man comic.

" You will tell them by yourself, Y/N. Just hold on a little longer" Tears start to run from my eyes.

"Oh...oh and tell Eddie when he graduate I want him to flip a finger for me too to the principal" she said and I smiled.

Gareth: You will be there and you will see him to do it.

" I love you Gareth" she smiles and she kissed me.

" I love you too, darling" I said as I pull back from the kiss.

"Y/N?Y/N? nononono come on, wake up. It's not funny, wake up Y/N. You are alive, I know that you are, you can't be dead. You can leave me like that. We have a date to go, remember? You said you love me if you do come back. Come on, darling, this isn't a joke. It's not funny Y/N WAKE UP." I cried over her dead body. It's the end of our relationship and the worst part is that I never had the chance to make a relationship with them, they are too young to die. They can't die like that. What will happen to me? Or at Dustin? Come on Y/N come back, come back home.

Dustin's POV:

Eddie just died in my hands but I feel empty. Not only for Eddie but something else happen, I feel like I lost something from my life, someone important. Y/N what have you done?

Me: Gareth, can I talk to my sister?

Gareth: They um are at the em b-bathroom. I call you later.

Me: What happen to them?

Gareth: everything's good. Don't worry, man, I got her back.

I don't believe him, he's lying. I ran to my house. There I found my sister's dead body and Gareth crying and screaming to them to come back. My knees feel weak, I get in the ground next to my sister. I hug their body as I feel my eyes watering.

Gareth: I'm sorry, I didn't want to upset you. So that's why I mean I.

Me: it's okay. But please tell me. Did they die in a painful way?

Gareth: They...well, they didn't felt any pain at all. She died to protect us but she died happy. It's my fault I couldn't protect her at the right moment, if I...

Me: If they want you to live and they want them to die, you can't change it. She was the best sister I could ever ask for, she was always there for me. I'm not surprised at all, I knew they will give her life for us and if she could do it again she would. She is- were the most stubborn person I knew. Thank you for been there at her last moments.

Gareth: she can't be dead, can she?

Me: I-I don't know.
