Maudie POV

I was fidgeting with my hair as the taxi took us to our hotel room.

Of course, Ava was friendly and chatty with the driver.

"Your name is Christopher?" Ava asked. "What a nice name."

"Thanks love, Ava is an elegant name I might say." Christopher said.

"Are you okay, Mauds?" Ezra whispered.

I bit my lip and nodded.

I obviously wasn't okay.

However, I didn't want him to worry.

I looked outside the car window.

A beautiful scenery will ease me.

And it did.

The atmosphere of Bristol was so calm and lively.

Not what I remembered when I was younger.

Back then everything seemed so gloomy.

Everything has changed.

The buildings are renovated and painted brighter.

It was honestly beautiful.

"Nice view, innit?" Ezra asked in a British accent.

"Innit?" I asked as I cringed a little.

The moment we reached England he already broke out the British accent

"Sorry." Ezra said sheepishly.

"It was not bad." I said.

"We're here, loves. That will be 15 pounds please." Christopher said.

Ava was blushing hard.

Some people just can't handle The British English.

Ezra paid the Taxi driver 15 pounds and we got out of the car.

Once the taxi driver drove away,

Ava started fanning herself.

"That taxi driver was so hot.." Ava said.

"British men are attractive." I said.

I could sense Ezra staring at me.

"But of course, Australian men are elite." I said.

Ezra then smiled.

"Anyways, his name is Christopher and I'm gonna IG stalk him later." Ava said.

"Y'know you shouldn't really be talking to strangers.." Ezra said.

"I'm an adult." Ava said.

"Still." Ezra said.

"Enough of this chitter chatter, let's get in the hotel and have a good rest before we see my dad tomorrow." I said.

"Sure Maudie, anything you want." Ezra said.

"Simp." Kyle said.

"I am not!-" Ezra said.

"You two, quit acting like kids." Ava said.

"Says the one that got goo goo over some stranger who isn't even attractive." Kyle said.

"How would you know what attractive looks like when your not even attractive yourself." Ava said as she crossed her arms.
