7:30, The sound of tires squeaking against the asphalt could be heard as Steve Harrington pull into his designated parking spot like he did every morning. He got out of his car with his backpack in his right hand and started to walk toward the entrance of Hawkins High. When Steve got to his locker he was greeted by one of his many kids, Dustin, he was surprised because normally the short boy was with Mike and Lucas in the mornings.
"Hey," Steve questioned, "what are you doing here. Shouldn't you be at one of those.. umm.. DnD meeting things?"
Dustin smiled, "Nope, not today. Meetings aren't on Mondays, I swore I told you that Steve."
Steve just nodded and then proceeded to open his locker as Dustin went on to talk about DnD and how he couldn't bare to miss one or he would be killed. Steve laughed softly at that. Steve finished gathering his books and supplies for his classes and looked at Dustin beckoning him to do the same. Dustin didn't listen though when did he ever it seemed to Steve. Dustin walked down and across the hall to the freak, the one and only Eddie Munson. This annoyed Steve, God how it annoyed Steve. The freak was taking his kids away. He ignored it and walked to his first class which was history, his best friend was in this class so at least he would get to whine to her about how annoyed he was about Dustin.
He sat down next to Robin, "You will not believe this," he whined, "Dustin chose the school freak over me, he had been at my locker and all he talked about was DnD and when I told him to get his things for class he walked over to that freak, Eddie Munson's locker."
"Sounds like someone's jealous." Robin teased.
Steve glared at her, "I am not jealous of some freak like Munson," he remarked.
The brunette sat their in silence as the teacher went on about the Great War and how detrimental everything in life can be. The bell screamed at them as all of the students rushed out of the classroom trying to weave through the other kids Steve and Robin chattered about Vickie and how Robin was in love with her, Steve knew all of this and he was actually quite glad Robin trusted him with the information even if when she told him they were both high off their minds.~~~Eddie's POV~~~
Eddie stood in front of his locker as a curly haired freshman walked to his locker. Eddie looked over at the freshman and smiled.
"Hey Dustin what's on your mind?" He questioned.
Dustin sighed, "I was trying to talk to Steve about DnD, but he just ignored me." Eddie smiled at the mention of Steve the perfect student who he's had an eye on since his sophomore year. He shook his head and said, "Well you can always talk to me about DnD." He smiled at the kid by his locker.
"Well, I've got to get to my pre-calculus class." He ruffled Dustin's curly hair and winked at the kid as he walked away with a smirk on his face just thinking of the perfect man that is Steve 'the hair' Harrington. Eddie entered his math class, grabbing his chair and turning it backwards. Munson sat down with his chest against the back of the chair facing the teacher. Students walked past him inching toward the other side of the classroom as they got close to Eddie's desk. The teacher started talking but flashes of Harrington's face fogged Eddie's vision and caused him to focus on the boy in his head rather than the teacher in front of him. By the end of class Eddie's head was throbbing and he just wanted to sleep he was tired of only thinking of this straight boy, this perfect straight boy. Munson wandered into the mens bathroom where Steve stood in front of the bathroom mirror.
