Eddie woke up and looked at the white ceiling realizing this wasn't his trailer. He sat up in a panic and realized where he was...Harringtons. Eddie got up walked to the door made sure he had everything and left. Eddie started down Steve's driveway and toward the street he needed to get home. Eddie had no recollection of what had happened and honestly he didn't want to remember. Eddie head was throbbing and his whole body hurt. When Eddie got back to his trailer he went into his room and kissed his hand then placed it on his guitar. Eddie fell onto his bed and sighed. He had just woken up at Steve Harringtons house. Eddie walked to the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror a deep purple mark was on his neck.
Eddie thought to himself, "Steve Harrington?" Munson pushed this thought away and played it off as a party hook up with some random person. He was high and he probably did something to get Steve off of his mind. Yeah that was it! Eddie left his bathroom and pushed his hair over the darkening mark. Eddie tried his hardest to recall what had happened but he was so high that he didn't even remember why he was there he assumed it was to make some extra cash selling weed. Eddie stood in his doorway just thinking but nothing was coming to him. He rubbed his neck and then sighed walking into his room and deciding to just listen to Metallica and lay in bed.~~~Steve's POV~~~
Steve wobbled down the stairs rubbing his tired eyes as he walked. Steve's head was pounding that was the price it took to forget a night was it not. Steve turned to use the bathroom but when he walked in he couldn't see red marks covering his neck.
"Oh good, a drunk hookup. There's one more thing to worry about on Monday," Steve thought to himself. Steve left the bathroom and plopped onto his sofa. Steve glanced around the room looking for the remote to the small TV sitting in front of him. While he's looking a shiny price of metal catches his eye. A guitar pick necklace. "A Munson necklace," Steve thought.
Steve thought hard and clearly the liquor from last night didn't fog his memory enough. Flashes of Steve and Eddie swimming in his pool shot gunning beers clouded Harringtons vision. He blinked harshly trying to clear his line of thought. Finally Steve was back in reality with a goofy smile on his face at the thought of him and Eddie hanging like... well like friends. Steve went out to the pool and found two empty boxes of beer and tons of empty cans that he had to pick up. Steve grudgingly walked over and knelt down to pick up a box and started to shove empty cans inside of it. Harrington continued to pick up and then found the butt of a joint he thought long and hard about what had happened. Then the sight of Eddie sitting beside him smoke pouring from his lips and joint in his hand urging Steve to grab it. Steve obliged and took in a long deep breath. Eddie smiled at him oh how Steve hated that smile that goofy smile that seemed reserved for Steve. It wasn't Munsons normal sly grin he normally used when around people but it was a real smile a toothy smile. Steve remembered staring into Eddie's eyes as smoke poured out of his mouth fogging the deep brown of his eyes. Steve smiled at all of these memories of him and Eddie acting like friends. Were they friends?
