Claire and Adam decided they would stay at the lake for a couple more days, so we were alone at the house, eating breakfast before we had to go to school. His hand was on my thigh as we sat in his car and drove to school on this rainy day. We stopped in the parking lot and I felt his eyes on me, so I turned my head to look at him and he had the same hunger in his eyes as he had some times before.

We both leaned closer to each other and our lips met halfway. He was kissing the shit out of me and I couldn't breathe but I didn't care because if this is what kissing him felt like, I could get my fill of oxygen later.

He pulled my lower lip into his mouth, and then my top lip, taking his time as my fingers dug into his neck. His hands never traveled south even though I would have welcomed them. All of his focus was on my lips. And then on my neck. And then on my ear. His hot breath made my heart beat like crazy. This man knew how to kiss.

We decided not to hide we are a couple. Sebastian promised me he won't let them make me uncomfortable. "If you'll be uncomfortable with all the people around you, we will go hide somewhere, okay, angel?" I laughed and nodded.

Sebastian took my hand in his, intertwining our fingers, and we walked inside. I knew people were going to stare, but not the whole school. I held tighter to his hand and exhaled shakily. I can do this.

We came before my classroom, all eyes still on us. I thought Courtney would cry when she saw us. She looked sad and defeated and angry all at once. "Let's give them something real to look at."

"What are you..." I couldn't finish my question as Sebastian pressed me against the door and kissed me possessively, then bit on my lip before pulling away. I saw Courtney in the corner of my eye, running in the bathroom.

"We will be home alone today. Let's do something fun." He whispered in my ear then walked away.

I could hardly breathe, but Sarah's squeal made me take my attention from the staring students to her. "You guys made quite a scene, Jules. And you are so hot together!" She said, almost jumping for excitement.

"I have to go to class now. See you at lunch?" I asked.

"I don't think I will stay at school. My parents might break up, I need to see what is happening." Her parents were the sweetest people, and they loved each other, I couldn't believe they were having problems.

"Are you okay? What's wrong?" I asked now concerned. I saw sadness in her eyes that I didn't before.

Tears filled her eyes when she spoke. "I think he is cheating on her."

"Seriously? How do you know?"

"The late working hours, sudden work trips, big restaurant bills when he wasn't even out with mom..."

"Call me if you need me. You can come to my house, and we talk, eat junk food, and watch your favorite movies, okay?" She nodded and I hugged her tightly.

I told Sebastian about it at lunch, and he offered to let Sarah stay with us today. "Claire and Adam are away, she can sleep in my bedroom, I will sleep with you anyway. I will even make you two pancakes."

I looked at him apologetically when I remembered he was planning the day for us alone. "I'm sorry we won't have the house to ourselves, Sebastian. I will make up to you."

"It's no problem, really. Sarah needs a friend right now, but I will take you up on the offer, though." He said and looked at me weirdly. What does he have in mind now?

We were picking Sarah up in a café on our way home, she said she required coffee. She got in the car, her eyes red and watery. " Hey, are you okay?"

"They are getting a divorce. He admitted he cheated and to top it all, his mistress is pregnant. With his child." She sobbed.

Sebastian turned to her and said: "I will go beat his ass up if it will make you feel better." We arrived at the house and Sebastian pulled me to himself, telling me "You two go to the guest bedroom and talk, I will make pancakes."

"Are you sure? I don't want to leave you all alone here." I said pouting.

"She needs a friend right now. Go, I will join you later." I smiled and pecked his lips quickly, then headed upstairs with Sarah.

We were sitting on the bed, and she cried, telling me what was happening for the last few months. She adored her dad, and now all she sees is a man who broke her family. There was a knock at the door. "May I come in?"

"Yes, come in," I said. He brought us two plates of delicious-looking pancakes and gave them to us.

He turned to Sarah and joked: "I promised you pancakes, so here they are. I put a special ingredient inside to make you better, so you better be." She laughed and tried a bite.

Her eyes went wide, and she quickly ate another one. "You made this?"

"Mhm. Are they good?" He asked, smiling.

"Amazing!" We all laughed, and I mouthed 'thank you' to him. He nodded, winking at me.

We all went to watch a movie later and eat popcorn. I was happy Sarah was better. She stopped crying, and she laughed at the movie with us. Sebastian even made jokes when she was feeling sad, which immediately brightened her mood.

When we decided it was time to go to bed, I changed into an oversized t-shirt and laid in my bed. He soon joined me and hugged me, pulling me closer to him. I was looking at the ceiling, thinking about everything. I turned to face Sebastian, who was already looking at me with his sparkling eyes. He was happy.

"Thank you for today, for making Sarah feel better," I said honestly.

"It was no problem. She's a good person, she shouldn't go through this alone, the pancakes were the least I could do."

"She will be okay. She needs some time to think about all of this, then it will be all better."

"Yeah, you're right. I could tell Sam to come comfort her." We both laughed at that comment.

He kissed the top of my head and said more to himself than me: "I'm falling in love with you, Julia. I can't help it." I smiled.

"Me too, Sebastian. As much as I wanted not to fall in love ever again, I am." I looked up to his eyes. He was looking at me lovingly, smiling like crazy and I couldn't help but chuckle.

He pulled me on top of him and kissed me hungrily, his hands sneaking under my shirt, and I shivered. I felt everything when he touched me and my body was on fire. If Sarah wasn't in the next room, we would probably be doing more.
