Chapter Six: The Oath of Pain

Hey guys, if this is different, I'm sorry. I kind of fucked up and erased this whole chapter, with no way of getting it back. SO, lucky me, I got to rewrite it. No more updates for today. Sorry :( Enjoy!

Kakashi stood close to Zabuza, still holding the kunai.

"Now its over." He said serious. They both stood still. "You're finished."

"Alright!" Naruto yelled with a smile. Sakura giggled a little, in relief. Then for some reason, Zabuza started laughing.

"Huh?" Kakashi asked.

"Finished?" Zabuza asked. "You really don't get it, do you? Your technique is nothing but crass imitation. I'll never be defeated by a mere copycat ninja like you." Kakashi's eyes narrowed, and he growled, as Zabuza continued laughing. "You are full of surprises though. You already copied my water clone jutsu, when you made your little speech. Very skillfully executed. You made your clone say those words, to draw my attention. But you hid in the mist, waiting for me to make my move. Nice try. But I'm not that easy to fool!" Zabuza said. Another one appeared behind Kakashi instantly. Kakashi's eyes widened a little more and he shoved the kunai into the one in front of him. It turned to water.

"Hey, that one's a clone too!" I gasped a little and started running. Maybe I can help him..

"Tessa, no!" Sakura yelled. Kakashi turned around as the now only Zabuza swung his sword at him. Kakashi ducked, making him miss, and his long sword dug into the earth. He then switched hands, letting it hold him up, and he turned around, sending his leg straight towards Kakashi. Kakashi flew high into the air.

"Now!" Zabuza yelled and grabbed his sword, running towards Kakashi. "Makibishi spikes!" He realized, and slid to a stop in front of them, on the ground. "Trying to slow me down? Hm. Foolish." He jumped into the air, just as Kakashi hit the water not too far from us.

"Sensei!!" Naruto and I shouted. Kakashi pulled himself up towards the surface of the water, and seemed to be examining it.

"Ha! Fool!" Zabuza landed behind Kakashi on the surface of the water and made handsigns.

"No!" Kakashi turned and looked at him over his shoulder.

"Kakashi, get out of there!" I yelled. It was too late. Zabuza made a ball of water around Kakashi, trapping him. Zabuza laughed a little.

"This prison is made of water, but it's stronger than steel. Its hard to fight when you can't move. So much for the great Kakashi. I'll finish you off later. But first, your little friends will have to be eliminated." Zabuza said, looking over at us. He made a handsign, glaring at us, and a water clone appeared on the surface of the water.

Zabuza laughed again. "You think wearing a headband makes you a ninja. When you've hovered between life and death so many times, it doesn't phase you, then you may be called a ninja. When you've become so deadly, a profile has been made into my bingo book, then you may have earned the title ninja. But to call upstarts like you "ninja"..is a joke!"

I looked around, seeing mist form around us again, and then gasped, taking off. I ran in front of Naruto as a foot kicked me hard, sending me back into Naruto, knocking us both to the ground. I laid across his stomach, groaning, and I heard a clang. I looked over his legs and noticed Zabuza stood on Naruto and I's headbands. "You're just brats."

"Naruto! Tessa!" Sakura shouted worried.

"Listen! Get the bridgebuilder and run!" Kakashi yelled from the water prison. "You can't win this fight! He's using all his power to keep me in this prison, so he can only fight you with his water clone. But the clone can't go far from his real body. If you get away from him, he can't follow. Now run!" I saw Sasuke bite his lip a little, and I did too. I got off of Naruto and looked at my headband again. We've got to do something..
