I yawned a little, and opened my eyes a tiny bit. The sun was just barely getting up. I closed my eyes again a little, and then opened them again, now noticing my hair spread out all over the bed. I chuckled a tiny bit, and saw the strands in front of my face. I forced myself to sit up, making my hair fall all over down. It was getting long, but it wasn't long enough. I loved long hair. It was beautiful to me. It made me feel beautiful.I got up from my bed, untangling my sheets from my legs, and rubbed my eyes, walking to the bathroom. I always wore a long baggy T-shirt and a pair of short shorts to bed. I yawned once more, and looked in the mirror, at my bright blue eyes. I loved my eyes, too. I always wondered who I got my traits from. I thought maybe I could find them, if they were around, but...I've never seen them. I sighed, and leaned on the sink. It's too early for these thoughts.
I lifted my right hand, looking at it. I could see the burns on it clearly, and remember how it happened clearly as well. It wasn't a pretty thought. I hated this mark, this scar. But it was what made me, me. I have no idea where it came from. But I wasn't about to let anyone know what it is, or that I have it at all. I groaned a little, and then ran my fingers through my hair. Time to get ready and such.
I pulled on my boots, after pulling my headband back on my neck. The sun had finally risen all the way, and I was almost ready. I looked at the black fingerless glove on my right hand, thinking for a moment, before deciding to just take it off, and keep the bandages around my hands off. Why do I need them? I put my black glove back on my hand, and made sure I had all my weapons. I felt a little better, wearing gloves instead of bandages. I grabbed my key as well, and left the apartment I was in, locking it and smiling. "Time to head out, and meet the others."
I sat on the railing on the bridge, and smiled. This was nice. The river was nice and calm, and this was such a peaceful place. I heard footsteps, and when I looked over, Naruto ran up with a smile.
"Hey, good morning Sakura, what's up?" He stopped then, and his eyes went past me. I smirked a little. Betcha Sasuke and Naruto were glaring at each other. Naruto kind of hm'd, and looked away, and Sasuke was silent. I rolled my eyes, and rested my head in my hands.
"Where is Kakashi-sensei? I know this is normal, but still." I said, yawning.
Hours later, Kakashi suddenly appeared.
"Hey guys! Good morning. Sorry I'm late. Afraid I got lost on the path of life." I laughed, and spun towards the bridge on the railing, jumping down.
"That's my favorite excuse now. Thanks, sensei."
"I'm ready for the next ninja mission, Sensei! And hey, come on, no more of this dumb beginner stuff, okay? I want a chance to prove myself. I'm talkin a real mission, where I can show what I'm made of! Ahhhhhh I gotta break out and burn it up! SEE?!" I laughed a little, and playfully put my arm around his shoulder, hanging on him.
"Naruto, give him some space, he probably needs it." I teased. Kakashi backed up a step, and put his hands up.
"Uhh, right, that's great, I get it, Naruto. Now, take it easy, would you?" Naruto looked behind us, and I saw he was looking at Sasuke again. Man, they should just get a room. "Let us know when you're done fantasizing Naruto, so we can start the mission, alright?"
"Right!"
"Could you not be so annoying Naruto, just for once?!" I rolled my eyes.
"Shut up, pinkie." I said, slightly mean to Sakura.
"What did you say to me??" She asked, shocked. I glared over at her.
"You heard me." She seemed to turn pale, after that.
