"What does this have to do with soulmates? And why are you using your quirk on me now?" Denki is beyond confused. "You're not explaining anything."

Aikawa sighs and flops onto one of the couches in the room. He rubs his forehead in frustration. "My quirk creates an infatuation that the victim can't control. The longer the person is away from the object of their affections, the more they crave their presence, their touch, even their smell."

"That would explain why he keeps inhaling over my hair," Neito comments offhandedly.

Aikawa nods. "The infatuation only lasts a week, and there's nothing I can do to make it go away. The first time it lasted longer than a week was when my dad saw his best friend right after I accidentally cursed him. We couldn't figure out why it didn't go away on its own, so I experimented. If I touch the soulmate of someone I've already hit with my quirk, I get this weird vibration under every inch of skin that's red, and a mark will appear on their hand, a soulmark. I'm not entirely sure how things are going to work since there's three of you, but after you both have soulmarks, you're going to have to let him bite you here." He points the junction between his right shoulder and his neck, and you’re going to have to bite him too. It has to be on the side you get your soulmark on, and it doesn't matter where I touch you, the quirk will choose a side to put the mark on. Fair warning, your teeth will sharpen for the bite. It's kind of like marking in omegaverse stories. Your soulmarks will disappear from your hands and a new mark that symbolizes your bond will appear where you were bitten. You'll also be immune from my quirk from then on, too."

Part of Denki’s mind is panicking. Marking like in an Omegaverse story! As in a permanent bond. Would Hitoshi really want that? Would they really have a choice in the matter? The other part of his mind is excited. He's curious if there's any other similarities to omegaverse. Will they have, like, a mental connection or an empathic one if not mental? Would one of them magically become an omega?

"Let's do it," Neito sighs. Will Hitoshi be okay with this? Will Denki? Does he only have feelings for them because they're his soulmates?

Denki finally holds out his hand while staring directly at Neito. As he does what he's supposed to, blinking a few times the moment Akiawa's hand touches his, he wonders how Neito will feel about all this. He's sure the blonde doesn't like him that way. Is he going to be okay being stuck with them?

The moment Aikawa's hand disappears from his skin, Denki looks down at his hands to find a small purple heart that looks like a diamond etched into his right palm. His left is still bare, at least for a moment before he watches what appears to be a mirror slowly form on his palm with sakura blossoms circling it.

"Don't look at anything but yourselves or each other until I'm out of the room. I'll have Aizawa Sensei send Shinsou to you. You'll get some sort of soulmate benefits from the marks, but I don’t know what they'll be since my dad and his husband have different benefits from the other set of soulmates I accidentally helped find each other."

Once the door opens and shuts, Denki chances looking up at Neito. The other boy is staring at his palms in confusion. Denki decides to get closer to him and looks at the patterns that appeared on his hands. On Neito’s right hand is a large cluster of sakura blossoms surrounded by what appears to be electrical cables as if the cables were protecting the blossoms, and on his left hand was a purple cat that was sitting with its tail curled around its feet, and in its mouth is a bright yellow dahlia.

"That's Toshi's favorite flower," Denki comments, pointing to the flower in the cat's mouth. "And he's absolutely obsessed with cats."

"I figured that one was them. I'm more confused by the other one. It's like you're protecting me, but I'm just the annoyance in your life. You could have Hitoshi all to yourself without me."

Denki can’t believe what he just heard. Neito. Loud, confident, sweet Neito didn't think Denki could love him? Didn't think Denki could want to protect him? He’s been afraid Neito could never love him, but all along Neito’s had the same thoughts that Denki has had.

"You're both fucking idiots."

Denki and Neito both look up to see Hitoshi standing in the room. Neito wonders how he managed to get in without either of them noticing.

Hitoshi leans against the door. "You've had feelings for each other, but you've both dismissed them because you didn't think the other could love you. Aikawa gave me a run down of what's going on." He smirks mischievously. "Now, I want to see a redo of that kiss that I didn't get to see."

Denki shrugs and faces Neito again. "They've been wanting to see us kiss for the past couple weeks. He'll accept no if you're not comfortable, but he's also not going to give up until he gets to."

Hitoshi chuckles. He didn't think Denki had really paid attention to anything he had said, thinking he'd just see it as something that was said because of the quirk. It always amazes them just how observant their partner can be.

Neito shrugs. Normally, he'd be too nervous to do anything like that, hell, he wanted to hide after he had kissed Denki the first time, but he could feel the quirk's affects were muddling some of his embarrassment, only caring that he'll be able to be close to the other blonde.

The moment Denki’s lips are touching Neito’s, he can feel exactly why Hitoshi had been so pushy with them the past couple weeks. The insomniac must have extreme self control, because before he knows it, he has Neito pinned against the wall, grinding his pelvis into the other blonde. The moment he starts to feel his member rising to attention at the feeling, all thoughts other than the boy in front of him disappear. He starts moving his lips along Neito’s jaw, still grinning against the manic blonde.

Hitoshi watches the scene in front of them, holding tightly to the door frame so that they don't find himself trying to join and escalate the situation. It's hard enough to stay where he is, watching them with rapt attention. They should have thought and canceled out the quirk's effects before mentioning the kiss, but he also knew they'd chicken out about asking the boys without the quirk muddling his fears.

Neito is gasping, his breaths a faint pant as his body reacts to what Denki is doing. Every bit of him wants the other to continue, but he doesn't want to do it like this. They're at school still, and they're still under the effects of the quirk, all three of them now since Aikawa had to put them under the quirk for their soulmarks to appear. It takes him a few minutes to muster up some control with the quirk making that very difficult, but when he does, he pushes Denki back.

"Stop," he pants. "We can't. Not right now."

The shove brings Denki back to his senses. "I'm sorry." He's embarrassed. Hitoshi has been so good at keeping their self control all this time, but he had lost all thoughts of self control the moment he kissed Neito.

*** End of Spicy ***

"As much as I wanted to wait after what Aikawa said, I think we should mark each other now." Denki's cheeks are red from embarrassment as he thinks of what marking usually requires in omegaverse, but this is real life, not omegaverse. "I don't want something like that to happen again."

"Mark?" Neito’s confused. He glances to Hitoshi who shrugs their shoulders as if to say he doesn't know either.

Denki sighs before attempting to explain what he means without going into too much description of omegaverse. Part of him had hoped that Hitoshi and Neito read fan fiction like he did, but part of him was glad too. They didn't need to know about some of the things he's written.

The three boys take turns being bitten, trying to make it go quickly, and Denki is more than glad that he doesn't have to do everything that the fan fictions always say.

Denki reads, and writes, fan fiction, and you cannot convince me otherwise.
