Dear Lily,
I'm at try outs for Bright Stars and they gave me, Teddy and a group of other kids a 10 minute brake. Then they are bring as to learn four 8 counts of a dance.
Teddy is freaking out about not making it, I tried calm her down. It helped a little but she is still worried. I gance over at her, now she is just kissed her teddy bear necklace for luck.
She is very attached to the necklace. She says it bring her luck but I think its a coping method. It helps her so that good, I guess. Someone is telling me it my groups turn.
We learned the dance and we had 20 minutes to practice then they separate us by 3. It was dreadful. I completely forgot an 8 count of the dance. Teddy said she fell at one part the dance. She fell!
Now we are just waiting to see made it. Now I'm getting really nervous. Thats a big deal for me because I usually never get nervous.
