"he was crawling to come say hello?"

-

october, 1984

BY NOW, mike had his hand on y/n's arm, and she was calm, but then the alarm started going off.

"what the hell?" bob says.

mike realizes what was going on. "we're too late."

"huh?" bob asks.

"we're too late!" mike repeats.

mike, bob, and y/n run into will's room.

"what's going on, sweetie?" joyce asks y/n.

"we're under attack." y/n replies.

y/n grabs a needle.

"we need to make will sleep." y/n says.

as much as it pained for her to do that, and to even think to do that, she knew it had to be done.

"what?" joyce asks in confusion.

"he's a spy. if he knows where we are, so does the shadow monster." y/n explains.

"she's lying!" will defends.

"he killed those soldiers, he'll kill us too!" y/n adds.

"she's lying! she's lying!" will kept repeating, as he kept screaming, then joyce and bob went to go hold him down. "she's lying! she's lying!"

then we started hearing gunshots.

"those are gunshots!" bob says as he holds down will.

"she's lying! she's lying!" will kept repeating.

"okay, will, will, listen, listen!" joyce stops him. "do you know who i am?"

will just stood there, so joyce shakes him. "do you know who i am!?"

"you're.." will paused. "you're.. you're mom!"

joyce paused as her lip quivered. "hold him down."

bob holds will down, just as joyce told him too.

"no! no! let go! no! no! let me go! let go!" will begs.

"i'm sorry!" y/n apologizes.

y/n starts lifting up his sleeve as will protested, and stuck him with the needle.

"let me.. go.." will trailed off, then closed his eyes.

after y/n stuck him with the needle, she just immediately started sobbing.

mike grabbed her arm, while looking at her.

y/n faced him and started wiping her tears away, and after that, he grabbed her hand again.
