They came back the next morning with groceries, Willow calling into work sick for the week as she knew this would take up most of her time. Whatever this was that was back she couldn't let Max go into this on her own.

"Delivery service." Robin announces biting her lip, scaring Eddie half to death.

Once they have the boy seated down along with a cereal box Dustin starts by telling him about the ongoings of the outside world. "So we got, uh, some good new and some bad news. How do you prefer it?"

"Bad news first, always." Eddie lets out between handfuls of dry honey comb. "Well, they're definitely looking for you, like 100% convinced you killed Chrissy kind of looking. The good news is your name hasn't gone public yet." Dustin concludes

"But... if we found out about you, it's only a matter of time before the other's do, they'll all be gunning for you." Willow expands looking down at him solemnly. "Hunt the freak, right?" She nods in return as they hold eye contact, Willow breaking it off to check on Robin who is already watching her.

"Before that happens, we need to find Vecna, kill him, and prove your innocence." Dustin picks up. "That's all Dustin? That's all?" Eddie looks at him incredulously turning to Robin as she speaks up.

"I know everything Dustin is saying sounds totally delusional, but we've actually been through something like this before. I mean they have, We have once." Robin gestures towards herself and Willow who nods along with her.

"Ours was more flesh based while theirs was smoke related. But bottom line is, collectively, I really feel we got this. There's nothing to worry about." Robin smiles at him reassuringly.

They're interrupted once more by the sounds of sirens, Willow screwing her eyes shut once more as a blinding headache takes over, not noticing the eyes of Robin.

The sound of the sirens blur into the sound of an ominous ticking, quickly glancing towards the others to see if they are hearing it. Willow feels as though she is turning insane, why is none of this affecting the others as it is her?

The group runs to the window to watch them pass by, ignoring their presence. Looking at each other before running to Willow's car shouting for her to catch up as she still recovers from her episode.

Fumbling for her keys she drives them towards the echoing noise, squinting as if it would help drown out the noise, Robin looking at her worryingly from the passenger side not knowing how to help her.

"Your nose- it's bleeding." Robin whispers as she leans over, Willow responding by quickly wiping the blood off on the inside of her wrist before placing her hands back on the steering wheel. Robin too shocked at her odd behaviour sits back in silence afraid to upset her more.

Parking behind a cop car they make it out of the car to see Nancy Wheeler being interviewed by the sheriff, shyly waving over to them glad to see their familiar faces.

Driving back to the trailer site along with the frazzled Nancy, the group sits around the picnic table opposite Willow and Max's house. Still feeling shaky, Willow excuses herself to quickly make an exit to her house.

Running inside to her bathroom to grab her bottle of pills, Willow makes the wrong decision of glancing towards herself in the reflection of the mirror. Her features had remained the same except for her now scared lip, a constant reminder of that night. Choosing to take a closer look at herself she watches fearfully as her features begin to morph. Her scar opening to reveal the fresh red flesh along with her teeth underneath as if it was recently torn open. Jumping back in shock she looks at herself again to find the scar healed, as if nothing had happened.
