Harry stands against the back wall of the elevator like me watching the numbers go down. He's the first one to break the silence.

"That little one of yours seems like a sweetie. I can tell how much he adores you by the way he said his goodbyes. What's his name?" Him talking about how much Beckett loves me makes my heart swell.

"His name is Beckett, he's three, turning four in August, so in a couple months. He's a sweetheart and I love him with all my heart. It was a little extra hard to leave him tonight since he's not really used to it. Luckily he likes his Aunt Emmy a ton, so that made it easier on him, but I've never left him with her for anything other than a sleepover or going to work." I rambled a little, but for some reason it was easy to.

"You really haven't?" I shake my head no. "So then what do you do in your free time, Miss Lennon?" He gives me a slight smirk.

I giggle at the "Miss". I actually giggled. Like a middle schooler.

"Mostly just hang out with Beck and Emery if she stays for dinner, but other than that, not a whole lot. I haven't spent much time by myself since Beckett was born." I just made myself sound super boring. I wouldn't be surprised if he somehow made the elevator go back up and dropped me back off.

"Well how about tonight we make up for it, yeah? It's a lot for me to live up to, but I think I might be able to pull it off." He says as the elevator doors open. We walk out and around the corner towards the diner.

"Is that a challenge? Because I'm not quite sure you can make up for almost five years in one night" I challenge back.

He looks at me with a smirk, "We'll just have to see about that."

We enter the diner and stop at the waiter stand in the front. A waitress off to the side notices us standing there and talks loudly so that we can hear her from where we're standing. "Hi! Welcome in! Feel free to take a seat wherever you'd like, and I'll be over to help you guys out in a second."

Harry motions with a hand in front of him for me to go ahead. "After you" he adds.

I walk in front of him as he follows closely behind and head to the booths on the right side of the restaurant. I sit in a booth against the wall about halfway back in the restaurant and Harry quickly follows me in sliding into the side opposite me.

The waitress comes over to the table soon after we sit down and sets down our menus in front of us. "Hi guys! My name is Marie and I'll be taking care of you tonight. Can I get you started out with anything to drink?"

"Just water is fine, thanks." I say as she looks to me.

"Can I get a chocolate milkshake and a water, please?" Harry asks.

A milkshake does sound good now.

"Of course, hun. Whipped cream and a cherry okay on that?"

"Sounds great, thanks." He says a closed-lip smile and the waitress walks away to get our drinks.
