"Keiko.""Sasuke."
They stood in silence for a while. The crowd's murmurs was what broke it. She looked away from Sasuke, eyes focusing on the wall. She held the kunai still, Neji's blood dripping from the hilt of it. She noticed that Sasuke wasn't the only presence that happened to appear, but his sensei had been there as well.
"Sorry to interrupt- but we wouldn't happen to be.. late, would we?" Kakashi blurted out, Keiko's focus shifting to the older male.
She clicked her tongue, looking around at the crowd. "You're just on time."
Keiko looked up at the timer, catching the gaze of an angered Kazekage. The time had stopped at exactly 0:01 seconds. She then stood up off of Neji, reaching her hand out for him to take. He looked skeptical, still not quite processing the situation. He stared at her hand for a long time, his own still stained with her blood.
"Are you gonna get up or what?" she asked, which snapped him out of his gaze.
He took her hand, and with a quick pull she hoisted him up. It was amazing that she could even stand after that hit she took earlier. Even more so him.
"Hn." Sasuke walked away, looking up at Naruto from the battlefield.
Keiko looked back at Neji, and smiled. It was weird to see her smile, especially after she spent the last 10 minutes trying to kill him.
"You were a lovely opponent." she said, bowing her head.
"As were you." he said, almost questionably.
When she looked back up at him, she had a certain look in her eye. One that was sinister.
He raised an eyebrow. "Hey..aren't you-"
And before he could finish his sentence, she let go of his hand, using it to cover her mouth as she let out another brutal cough.
"Please excuse me." she said, walking past him and on to the stairs.
He looked back at her, trying to examine her features more carefully. He definitely knew her, but from where?
Keiko looked up at the crowd, meeting eyes with Tsukiko. They exchanged a nod, and both disappeared behind a wall. Once Keiko entered the stairway, the blue-haired Uchiha was already there.
"How'd you get past the guards?" she asked, leaning on the wall and bringing out a bandage from her pocket.
"If you haven't already forgotten, I'm an Uchiha." Tsukiko said, her arms crossed gently.
Keiko nodded, seething through her teeth when she tightened the bandage around her arm. "Whatever. Let's go, Madara must be waiting for us."
"You look like you should go to a hospital before that." the older lady said, a slight bit of concern in her voice. "You're bleeding from the eye."
"I'll be fine- C'mon." she said between a cough.
Keiko pushed past Tsukiko, limping as she held her eye.
"You might die before you even make it to him."
"She won't." Madara appeared before Keiko, placing a hand onto her shoulder to stop her.
He had appeared in the same swirly-portal as he usually did, but Keiko had never actually seen it up close. However, she was much too tired to make out the details. She let herself rest on Madara's hand, closing her eyes as she felt the blood drip out.
"Are you sure she's ready, O̵̢̻̞͍̩̠̞̥̒̊ͅb̴̨̫̗̼͍̲̭̅̂i̷̧̢̦̻͇͎̱͖̳͑͒̈̅͆͗̉͠ț̶̡̱̓͂͐̇ȯ̸̢̡͕͕̭̥̙̝̆̅͛̈́̉͐̌͜ͅ?"
