"Soo I know we just talked about it yesterday. But you promised nothing happened with Matt when you went upstairs with him when Vinnie was here??" Chloe asked me while watching me pack a small suitcase.

"I promise you Chloe nothing happened at all."

"But why did you guys disappear and then why did he drag you up to his room? I didn't tell you this but there is a window that we can all see through from the back yard so we all knew you went up to his room."

"Okay jeez y'all are a little bit nosy, but no he just wanted to talk to me."

"Well about what and don't even pull the 'he was just in a funk' bullshit you tried to feed me and Vinnie yesterday morning."

"Okay fine. Being 100% honest he was angry or maybe just a little jealous. He didn't like seeing me and Vin all over each other."

"Oh jealous matt so did you like the jealousy? I mean no guy has ever been jealous like that over you. Mostly cause you don't give them the chance to be." Chloe laughed as I rolled my eyes.

"Do not tell another soul, but maybe it's toxic of me but I did actually like it. I've never been like that with a guy for him to want to get possessive over me and knowing that he was nervous because he 'didn't want Vinnie looking at me like he did' made me feel kinda special."

"Girl I don't know what spell you put on him but he is whipped for you and you guys haven't even held hands." I laughed at her statement and heard a ding on my phone.

Matthew Bernard:

My phone rang and a millisecond later Matt answered.

Okay hey Anna.

What's up Matt?

You promise you're 100% alone right now?

Yes matt hand over my heart its just me.

Okay good well Chris is planning on asking Chloe to be his girlfriend tonight.

Yes but he's gonna do it at 11:11 and I know you have to go to the airport at 1am.

Well I talked to Chris and if you're okay with it ill just bring you.

Yeah Chris has something planned and in the mean time im hanging with you. Sorry but you can't say no to that.

Oh god don't threaten me with a good time.

I hung up.

"Chloe get ready and be out the door by 10pm apparently Chris made a reservation at some restaurant for you guys tonight as a surprise." I said trying to be convincing.

"God he's so thoughtful okay well ill just throw some clothes on quick." And with that she was out the door by 9:55 and a few minutes later Matt was at the front door.
