is this just another one of those stupid summer flings?
summer weather makes everything hot, hot enough to trick people into feeling in love. is it the heat or are the feelings real? Anna moves to chloe's hometown for the summer after their freshmen...
It was my second day waking up in my hometown in my own bed and it felt oddly strange. I was overjoyed to be back with my mom and my brother. I missed the two of them more than I could even put into words. I had spent the entire first day here with my mom catching up with her and letting her know I was living my life to the fullest. I walked downstairs to the kitchen while the early morning sun crept through the windows.
"Morning mommy."
"Morning peanut how'd you sleep?"
"Honestly so good, it's nice to be back here with you guys."
"Aw good we missed you. Are you excited to go back tomorrow night?"
"Yeah for the most part but ill still miss you guys it doesn't matter how often I see you guys ill always miss the two of you." I smiled at her while she brought me in for an embrace. I sat down and ate some breakfast and waited for my brother to wake up which I knew wouldn't be til the afternoon - some days I am the same was so no judgement from me. After three hours of waiting had passed and it was now 12pm I became very motivated to now wake him the hell up.
"AUSTINNNN." I screamed storming up to his room. He looked at me with groggy eyes when I creaked his door open.
"Goodmorning sunshine." He giggled.
"Goodmorning bud now get up I'm bored and I want to hangout with you before I leave again."
"Okay bossy maybe we should both shower first and then we can get some food and go to lookout point and catch up since mom took up all of your time yesterday."
"Yay. Thank you very much for your time sir." I saluted him and went to go get ready for the day. My brother was a year older than me but never moved out or went to school. He worried too much about my mom and wanted to always have one of us with her. He worked a lot as a pharmacist but living with your mom doesn't leave a lot of room for relationships. Lucky for him he has had a boyfriend since his freshmen year of high school who completely knows his personality and history inside and out. He was what I would call a relationship guru since his boyfriend, Luca was going to school for psychology with plans of becoming a relationship counselor. I got ready and went across the hall to check on my brother, it was an empty room which meant he was already downstairs waiting for me.
"Okay bitch you're driving not me, your car is just building up dust with you being with Chloe all summer long." He laughed thinking he was the funniest person on the planet - in my eyes he was.
"Oh my god fine. If you would have waited I would have offered." I rolled my eyes jokingly grabbing my keys off the counter and heading out to the car.

We ate some food and headed over to lookout. Once we sat on the grass we started talking and getting a lot deeper.
"So what was Vinnie commenting about a bedroom with a guy?" Austin questioned me.
"Oh my that's just Matt no big deal he was having a bad night and needed someone to talk to."
"Well who is this Matt character?"
"One of Chloe's friends from home - and my friend now too I guess. He is one of the triplets too and yeah he's just a really good guy." I blushed slightly.
"uh huh. How do you know he's a good guy?"
"Austin. This kid is the sweetest person ever. Like sweeter than Luca. I don't know he just always tries to make me comfortable and is super considerate. My favorite person I have met so far."
"Well is he hot or?"
"No he's fucking beautiful. Like prettiest boy."
"Anna are you hearing what you're saying right now?"
"Yeah why what's up?" I said visually confused.
"You like him."
"No I don't I just think he's super attractive and has a great personality."
"Right?"
"Holy shit. Are these real feelings im catching?"
"Yeah babe. they are."
