0.22: The Power Of House Hydra

(A/N: LONGEST CHAPTER YET)

It was now time. Time to get revenge. Jeongsan helped each of the boys up from the Lake Of Mist. He walked with Soobin for the time being. "So you want me to get them all here ? Yeonjun' father is in the penitentiary ,Taehyun' parents are M.I.A ,& Kai' parents are dead..." 

Jeongsan sighed. Of course there was to be flaws within his plan. However, there was much they needed to do to see this plan through. The boy' were in their final stage now. They bathed in the mist & came out entirely different people than when they first entered the institute. "다른 사람을 호수로 데려가세요, 수비나. (Just make sure you can get any of the others to the lake, Soobin ah.) I can't afford this plan failing." Soobin didn't believe he was that charismatic, but he could bring someone to be the ultimate distraction. Choi Yeonjun. 

Soobin approached Yeonjun with a proposition. "How would you feel about helping me lure our remaining parents here, hyung ?" Yeonjun was glad Soobin asked him to help him with something so crucial. "What will you have the others doing ?"

The plan was very delicate. One wrong move & everything could backfire, "다른 사람들을 대기시키겠습니다. 일단 정산을 만나기 위해 가족들을 모시고 왔습니다. 알겠어요?" (I'll have the others on stand by. For now we bring our families here to meet with Jeongsan. Okay ?) It wasn't difficult to find where their remaining families were during the day. On this particular day, they were met in Headmaster Choi' office.

Yeonjun knocked before a singular response could be heard from the other side of the door. Upon entering Yeonjun put on his brightest smile. "What brings you by, Yeonjun ah ?", Headmaster Choi asked completely disregarding his son stood next to Yeonjun. Like Soobin wasn't even there. Soobin kept his temper in check, letting Yeonjun do all of the talking.

"I would love if you can attend a ceremony at the Circle Of Houses. I promise it won't disappoint." Gullible. Why would they have any reason to not trust his word ? Regardless of how much their children have changed, they still are their children. What would they have to lose ? The parents conversed lowly amongst themselves before giving a unanimous yes to the boy' request.

The first part of the plan was complete.

Some time has passed now. Taehyun lead their parents to the mock celebration place Beomgyu & Kai had set up at the Circle Of Houses. It truly looked as if they'd be holding a very special ceremony indeed. 

Beomgyu was first to speak with his parents. It had been at least a week since he last spoke with them. Hajoon tensed as he embraced him in a warm hug. "왜 긴장하세요, 아빠? 이것은 여러분의 마음과 몸을 편안하게 하기 위한 것입니다." (Why are you tense, Dad ? This is meant to put your mind and body at ease.) It was odd. It was like his parents were seeing their son, but also a distorted version of their son. They had taken account that he seemed to have a darker aura than when they spoke last. Sun-Hi answered in return, "We are happy you invited us, Beomgyu ah. Dad is just a bit tired."

Soon enough Beomgyu was seated with his family.

Huening Kai  & Taehyun set up the tables since neither of their families could be in attendance. Yeonjun approached his mother. Hye-Su greeted her son gloomily. She seemed pretty down. "What is it, Mom ? You seem stressed." His mother offered a smile, but he could tell something was bothering her. "저는 잘 지내요, 연준아. 어떻게 지냈어요?" (I am fine, Yeonjun ah. How have you been ?) It was very apparent that she had no idea of him visiting his father. Or did she ? 

Yeonjun didn't push for any further information. He took his seat with his mother.

Kai & Taehyun had already taken their seats as Soobin confronted his parents. Hwa-young was absolutely wary of her son. Her husband as well. However, they had no reason to worry. This was supposed to be a small gathering. A simple ceremony. Hyun-Shik spoke first, "What is the occasion ? Last we spoke you sounded extremely temperamental, Soobin ah."

Soobin offered a small smile. He was furious, but he needed to remain calm. The point of gathering them here was for Jeongsan. "I apologize for being so rash. It was never my intention to act in such a way." Hwa-Young took her seat & offered a glance in her son's direction. She could tell he seemed different, but couldn't exactly tell what was different. "초대해 주셔서 감사합니다, 수빈아." (Thank you for having us, Soobin ah.)

All took their seats & conversed amongst themselves. Keeping their families distracted. . Jeongsan made his way forward from where he hid in the woods...
