Cheng Huan focus wasn't on the trauma that her son was experiencing from not being on television. All of her attention right now was focused on the fire regulation issues that was just mentioned.
As everybody knew, when it came to fire regulations and taxes, it was all fine and dandy if there were no inspections or no desires for inspections. As long as they were inspections, there would always been issues. Combining the facts of the exposure of the kindergarten's fire regulation violations along with Jiang MingYuan expressing that he would teach them a lesson over XingXing's blood-drawn incident, what happened behind the scenes could not have been more obvious.
She had wanted to go and demand for an explanation at the time but she was stopped. What was it that he said? Cheng Huan lowered her head, trying to recall the details.
He seemed to have said that it was such a minor issue and to let him take care of it.
Judging from the outcome of it. He did handle it quite well.
Cheng Huan couldn't help but giggled at the mental image of the man setting the school up behind their back. Hearing the noise that she made, XingXing turned around baffled. "Mommy, why are you laughing?"
"Laughing that you won't need to be going back to school." Cheng Huan recollected herself but there was still a smile on her. She waved at him and XingXing scoot over to her.
"Why don't I need to go to school?"
"Because all of your kindergarten teachers had gone home." Cheng Huan made that up on the fly. In the news, it was said that it would take the school two months to fix all the violations. So not only would there be no school before the new year, even the recruiting of new students for the upcoming year would be affected.
In fact, even if the school was able to re-open before the new year, many parents would be leery to send their children back after negative publicity like this.
What she had anticipated wasn't too far from the truth. As soon as the news was aired, there was much clamoring in the parents' chat group. The kindergarten teacher who was the owner of the group added a note stating that they would be out a week early for the holidays and disappeared completely, ignoring the bombardment of messages posted by the parents.
Messages were posted nonstop in the group and Cheng Huan closed out of it after reading just a few. Before she could even pull her hand back after doing so, she was already pulled into another group.
The new group was created by a very active parent and she had brought in everyone with the exception of the teacher. Then she posted her first message as the group owner.
[Mother Dudu: Alright, let's talk in this group. What should our next move be?]
Without a teacher in the group, the parents would not have to worry about what they were sharing. The parents started up immediately. Some said they wanted to ask for a refund from the kindergarten; other said they wanted to school to re-open soon; the majority of them, on the other hand, wanted to switch their kids to a different school.
This kindergarten next to this little distract wasn't cheap and was almost at the rank of a "noble school". Anyone who could afford to send their child there was in no shortage of money. As such, any other schools that they were considering all cost an astronomical amount.
As natives in the area, the other parents know much more than Cheng Huan, the transplant. It didn't take long before Cheng Huan learned the names of quite a few kindergartens from the other parents.
None of these schools was too far away from where she lived and were all expensive. Among them, the most frequently mentioned one was Mars Kindergarten.
