Humans usually lacked the knowledge about one's own look. Jiang MingYuan didn't feel any particular affinity after seeing the picture, nor did he feel that the kid in the picture resembled him. He only felt that his assistant had too much free time on hand.
[Jiang MingYuan: You have a lot of free time?]
Looking at the few simple words, Li KangYi could immediately visualize his boss's emotionless look. He shuddered and deleted what he had typed one word at a time.
Ah well, alright. If the boss didn't think the two of them looked alike, so be it. Li KangYi took another look at the kid not too far away, then at the pretty stall owner. He still couldn't shake the feeling.
The kid looked to be around 3 or 4 years old. Throw in the time for the pregnancy, the boss was not yet in power back then and seemed to have some casual relationships as well. It could be that he wasn't being careful one time and this was the aftermath of it.
He had heard that his boss's mother had been urging him to get married and have kids recently and there were some conflicts between the two of them. If this was truly her real grandson, she must be very happy.
Thinking about that well-maintained and generous lady, Li KangYi had some ideas. He just might get a big bonus if the Jiang's would be able to bring the child back.
He might even be able to finagle a promotion. He heard that one of their subsidiaries has an opening for a director.

XingXing only wanted to come with Cheng Huan because he was unruly when he was being moody occasionally. But he was, after all, a good kid. He was happy just to be there and wouldn't throw a fit for the adult to also keep him company.
Once they arrived at the night market, XingXing only stayed in front of Cheng Huan for a little bit. When he saw her starting to get busy, he found a spot, sat down, and started playing his Rubik's cube by himself.
He was adorable and his docilely playing on one said was also very pleasing. It wasn't long before someone came to chat with him.
"Hi, kiddo, do you know how to do this?"
"Yes," said XingXing with a nod. His little chuffy face was very solemn. His hands were small. Even when he was only playing a 2x2 Rubik's cube, he still had a hard time grabbing it in his hands, making his movements seem a bit awkward.
The man who talked to him smiled. He felt that the kid was just messing around, enjoyed the colorful color, and nothing else. He knew the rules to playing the Rubik's cube and felt that the 2x2 Rubik's cube was very simple and wanted to show off in front of the child.
"Do you know how to play with the Rubik's cube? Here, let uncle..." He hasn't even finished his sentence between XingXing gave it one more twist and completed the colors of one side.
The man was a bit dumbfounded. The others watching him play lamented about how smart he was.
"The little kiddo is so mighty."
XingXing was happy about the complement he had received and moved onto a different side.
Perhaps the complement had boosted his confidence, XingXing was on a roll today and was able to get over all the humps that had stopped him in the past. In a bit over half an hour, he finally got all the sides to be the same color.
This was XingXing's first time succeeding in doing that and he couldn't wait to go show off. With the Rubik's cube raised over his head, he bounced over to Cheng Huan.
"Look, Mom!" He tugged at her clothes and asked her to look at what he was holding in his hand.
"Eh? You have succeeded, XingXing?"
