"WAKE up princess," Ja said whispering in his daughter ear. He was at his baby mother house to pick up Kaari.
One thing him and KK, his babymom, knew how to do was coparent. They always put their baby first, no matter there differences and there past, they never let that affect their relationship with their daughter. He loved that for them.
The 3 year old girl heard her father voice and immediately sat up in her bed. Rubbing her eyes tiredly, a smile appeared on her face showing her tiny teeth.
"Dada," she yelled, Ja smiled picking her up as they hugged each other tightly.
"My twin," he smiled spinning her around in a circle.
"I miss you," she smiled hugging his neck tight.
"I missed you too, you packed your bags?" He asked her.
"Mama did, we pack last night," she told him and he nodded. He spotted her Peppa Pig suitcases and walked over to grab them. Being that Ja lived in Memphis and KK lived in Houston, Texas they had to do a lot of traveling.
Kaari predominantly lived with Ja, she spent the school year with Ja and spent summers and every other holiday with KK. They came to terms that Ja was able to provide Kaari a better lifestyle so she stayed with him.
"Go brush your teeth princess," he told her setting her down on the ground.
She ran off to the bathroom to brush her teeth. He grabbed her bag and walked out her room. He headed out the house to put her bags inside his car.
When he walked back inside Kaari was in the living room hugging her mother.
He watched their interaction as they pulled away.
"You getting her dressed?" KK asked him standing to her full height.
"Uhh yeah," he spoke walking out the living room. "Come on Kari," he said. She happily followed him.
He grabbed her a quick outfit and she got dressed in it.
"Go get the stuff for your hair princess," he told her and she ran to her mom bathroom to get the hair products.
He walked to the living room and sat down on the couch.
Kk did Kari hair before the 2 headed out her apartment building.

The next day
"Mmcht come on Niya bro please," Ja begged his younger sister to watch Kaari for the next couple hours. He had a outing tonight with Tink that he had practically begged her to go on.
"Mm no, where are you going that you can't take my tete baby?" She asked him closing her MacBook.
"Out nigga damn, imma pay you," he told her and she smirked.
