"Ugh he's a weirdo" Tink groaned as Ja told her what her father had said to him after she had walked off.
"Imma be the same way wit Kaari so I ain't even mad at him," Ja chuckled as he took a big bite out of his slice of pizza.
Her parents and siblings had left, Silayah ended up staying back with Tink and was going to stay the night with her. Ja and Tink sat on the bench watching the kids play on the playground.
"Mama look," Moo yelled as he did the monkey bars.
"Ooh baby you so stronggg," Tink hyped her son up with a big smile and a thumbs up. Ja chuckled at the 2, Kaari rushed Moo to hurry up so she could go across the monkey bars as well so she could show off.
"What you doing after this?" Ja asked her and she sighed.
"Well I'm hungry and that pizza was disgusting so I'm gonna go get some food. Then head home, watch some movies," she shrugged and he nodded.
"I can come to yo crib?" He asked her putting his arm around the back of the bench right behind her.
"Of course pookie butt, you and Kaari and even Niya if she wants," Tink smiled at him.
"Mmcht 'talm bout Pookie butt," he mugged her with a smack of his lips.
"I like that name," she laughed shrugging her shoulders.
"Nahhh," he dragged out shaking his head making her laugh more.
"You need a retwist," she told him rubbing her fingers through his dreads.
"You gone do it?" He asked her with a smirk and she laughed.
"I got you," she smiled.
"You be doing Moo hair don't you?" He asked her and she nodded.
"I do, but I hate doing hair. That junk be having my fingers cramped up," she shook her head.
"So you doing it orrr?" He asked her and she rolled her eyes at him.
"Alright sassy ass, I just told you I will, but not tonight," she told him and he nodded.
"Mommy can Kari stay wif us?" Moo asked excitedly as the 3 kids ran over toward them.
"Yeah they can bubba," Tink replied with a smile. The 3 kids thanked her before running off happily.
They talked amongst themselves while keeping a keen eye on the children that played at the park with a few other kids there age.
"Why yo phone blowing up?" Ja spoke up looking at Tink phone, notifications rapidly ringing through her phone.
"I don't know," she shrugged with a playful chuckle. She grabbed her backup phone and unlocked it. She tapped on one of the many notifications she had been tagged in and smacked her lips.
