"OOH babyyyy i am stuffed," Tink spoke, her Memphis accent prominent in her words as she leaned back in her chair.
"Do you hear me, mama ain't playing this year baby, she on the girls necks," Saniyah sighed rubbing her protruding stomach.
"They tried to play her last year like she couldn't cook, had to redeem herself for real," Tink shook her head as she grabbed her Canned sprite to take a gulp from it. Today was Thanksgiving, and just like every year the entire family was in Nashville, Tennessee for their family celebration.
They always went to Nashville because that was where both of Tink's parents were originally from. Plus that's where all of her grandparents lived. And majority of her cousins, aunts and uncles.
Most of their family had either flew or drove out to Nashville. Tink was glad she was finally seeing her family after not seeing them for over a year.
"Moo be careful baby," Tink sighed as she looked at her son, she was so glad she had already taken his pictures. The way his outfit looked during dinner was insane.
"Ma is good," he told her giving her a big thumbs up and a smile.
"I know baby," she laughed at him.
"What y'all out here doing?" Makayla one of Tink's cousins asked walking out into the garage where the tables and stuff were sat up at.
"Nothing much," Tink spoke as she stood from the table to throw her plate away.
"You looking good girl," Nyema, Makayla twin sister, spoke looking at Tink.
"Girl i been low key hitting the gym," Tink smiled doing a lil twerk causing them to laugh.
"Yeah I be seeing you in the gym, you be wit yo man huh?" Makayla smirked causing Tink to shrugged her shoulders with a slight smirk.
"I can't help my cousin bring the bags in the house?" She tuned her lips up making them laugh as she sat back down at the table.
"How is it dating a celebrity?" Nyema asked with a smirk as Tink sat back down in her seat.
"She is a celebrity," Saniyah spoke up awkwardly. She and Nyema used to be very close, they fell out 3 years ago when Saniyah had dated a dude that Nyema had talked to. Of course Saniyah didn't know that but Nyema had never forgive her for it.
"Yeah but you literally dating Ja," Nyema smiled practically jumping in her seat to know.
"It's nothing, it's like dating any other person," Tink shrugged. Her cousins were beyond messy on her mother side, especially being that her aunt, their mother, despised Tink and her mother. She would never tell them a damn thing.
"Girl stop holding out," Nyema mugged causing Makayla to smack her lips.
"Ny shut up, she clearly don't wanna tell you nothing," Makayla rolled her eyes at her sister.
