"SO how you doing?" Tink asked Ja as he laid up under her, putty in her hands as she gave him a back massage.
He was quiet for a minute before he finally responded.
"That's my brother, it's hard seeing him go through what he going through just cause it's some hating ass niggas out there," Ja explained, a frown etched onto his face. Tink just nodded in understanding allowing him to continue.
"Imma be here for em tho, make sure he straight, make sure my niece good," he nodded referring to Polo daughter.
"That's the most you can do my love, just make sure his family is good you know. And keep visiting him, it helps with the brain," she told him. Tink had taken a psychology course in college. That was actually what she wanted to do, but she ended up doing music and it stole her heart.
"Yeah," Ja sighed as his phone began to ring, he grabbed the phone from beside him and checked it. He shook his head and declined it seeing that it was his cousin, he knew the boy was only calling for
Ja to hang out and play ball. Ja really wasn't up for anything at the moment."Ain't nobody inna mood to play basketball,"
he smacked his lips causing Tink to chuckle slightly. The 2 were quiet, Tink continued to rub Ja's back as she sat on his legs."I wanna introduce you to Kaari," he spoke up, she immediately caught on to what he meant by that.
"As your girlfriend?" She asked for clarity and he nodded.
"Yeah, if you ready," he told her and she nodded.
"Yeah, although I do want to properly meet her mom beforehand," she told him and he looked back at her.
"For what?" He asked her.
"As a woman, and as a mother you want to know what other woman is going to be around your child. Especially since Kaari live with you permanently, I'll be seeing her a lot and i'll be alone with her a lot when your off at practices or games. She has the right to want to meet me and out of respect for all you guys i would like to meet her," she told him and he nodded. He was glad he found him a good one.
"And you wanna meet her before I introduce you?" He asked.
"Yup, but in the meantime i'll introduce you to moo, he won't mind," she shrugged.
"His dad ain't been tryna get in contact with him or you?" Ja asked and she sighed.
"Nope, I made sure to not change my number and I even sent him a message and a DM on instagram telling him Moo number, he read both of them and never replied, nor did he use the number," she shrugged. She hated that she had such a shitty baby father.
Her child literally deserved the world.
"Well he missing out, he already fumbled you, now he missing out on seeing the best lil boy out there," Ja spoke and Tink smiled. She loved how he loved her son.
