"I see you bae, yup don't play with him!" Suanií yelled standing from her courtside seat as Ja made his 6th 3 pointer of the night. Tonight was a home game and they were playing The Lakers. The Grizzlies were up by 5 points and they were in the 3rd quarter.
"Ma stoppp," Moo laughed at Tink making her look at her son and laugh.
"I'm sorry baby," she cackled at him as she crossed her legs over one another as the crowd settled back down.
"He got you right on together," Mari laughed at her friend making Tink laugh.
"He humble me every time," she shook her head making both the girls crack up with laughter.
"You gotta love having kids man," she shook her head making Tink chuckle putting her attention back onto the court. It was officially Friday and the boys had been practicing overtime for this game. It was definitely one of the biggest games of the season.
"Speaking of kidssss, girl why Shay pregnant," Mari told her slapping her knee. Tink looked at her friend and gasped.
"You serious?" She asked with a raise of her eyebrow.
"Girl yes, I can't believe my sister getting down and dirty," Mari shook her head rubbing her chest dramatically.
"Shut up, I know yo daddy had a fit," Tink laughed. Mari's father only had 2 daughters out of 6 children which was Mari and her younger sister Shay. He damn near killed Mari when he found out that she was pregnant but he knew that she was left in good hands with Keyonte so he came around eventually.
Shay was 19 years old, although she was doing well for herself, their dad treated her like she was still a 6 year old girl.
"Tuh, he was tripping all the way out, then I told you about the lil boy that she had been fooling with. Girl the nigga just went to jail," she shook her head. Mari wasn't one to judge but she hated that her sister went and got a man like that when she had such an amazing father figure in her life.
"He treat her right?" Tink asked, she didn't want to judge the younger boy and as long as he treated Shay right, that was all that mattered.
"He do, that's why I don't judge cause he really is a sweetheart. But he can't be in jail leaving my sister to take care of the baby herself, not that she won't have our help but still ya know?" She vented and Tink nodded.
Their conversation was cut short when Keyonte made a 3 point shot for the team making the crowd erupt into loud cheers.
"I KNOW THATS RIGHTTTT!" Mari yelled standing from her seat while clapping her hands.
"Can't take y'all nowhere," Dtap laughed at the 2 women who had clapped aggressively on the sideline whenever their man made a shot.
"And can't," Mari told him tuning her lips up as she sat back down in her seat and got herself comfortable.
