JA held his stomach as he stood doubled over. His trainer had been going hard on him during his workouts for the last few weeks.
"What you down there for? Ain't no air down there," Monty, his trainer, and a family friend of his told him patting Ja back as he changed the music that sounded throughout the speakers in Ja's gym.
"Man you tripping," Ja shook his head straightening up, he rubbed his sweaty stomach looking down at his apple watch. Tink hadn't been wrong, the watch definitely came in handy. The time read 5:47 am. Ja was definitely gone be taking a nice nap after this.
Tink was upstairs sleep in his bed with Moo and Kaari. The pair had spent the night over his house last night, they were up until almost 11 o'clock watching Disney movies with the kids.
"Man get up, you need to take these pictures too," he told him. Ja sighed, he did a quick lil jump before he got back on the treadmill. He did this for 10 more minutes on the mill before he finally got off.
"Fuck man," he groaned, he grabbed his water bottle and took a long gulp out of it, chugging the rest of it down. He threw the bottled water in the trash and headed over to the mini fridge in the corner of the gym, he grabbed another bottled water out of the fridge. He removed his white beater and tossed it to the side.
"Alright man you almost done" Monty told Ja, he sighed in relief.
"You got legs, 10 sets of 20," he told Ja and he sighed once again. Going over to the bench he sat down, he positioned himself so he was leaned up against the bench and not just sitting.
"You ready?" Monty asked him picking up the barbell that had weights on each side of the bar.
Ja nodded, Monty slowly sat the bar in Ja lap, he began to start his sets.

"You know what we should do?" Tink asked Ja as she made breakfast, Ja looked up at her from his phone. He was texting his family groupchat as they figured out what they were going to be doing for Thanksgiving in the next couple weeks.
