TINK sat in front of her vanity mirror getting ready for Ja's game tonight. The time was currently 4:57 and she was pretty on schedule today. She had to leave the house earlier than usual because she was picking up Niya from their parent's house. Niya still did not have her own car and she needed a ride to the her friend house to pick up her shoes.
She was going for a very natural beat today, nothing too fancy. Her lashes were done.
"Mommy i no not know where my shoes are," Moo spoke walking in her room, he was wearing a dark green color today.
"Did you check under your bed, in your closet?" She asked him and he shook his head no before running out the room. Kids know they hated looking for stuff.
Tink finished her makeup and stood up from her vanity, she grabbed her earrings and put them in her ears. She then grabbed her tennis chain and clipped it around her neck.
"Time for the worse part," she mumbled, she had an idea of what she was going to wear but didn't know exactly how she would dress it.
Surprisingly it only took her 30 minutes to find an outfit to wear. She was now putting all of her belongings inside her denim Balenciaga purse.
"Moo come on," she called out to her son, she heard him shut his tv off before running down the hall from his room. Tink grabbed his already packed bag that had a few of his things inside from off the couch.
"You ready?" She asked him and he nodded as they headed to the garage door.
"Ma is Ari coming?" He asked her walking to the back door of the car, Tink locked the garage door before popping the lock on her Tesla.
"I don't think she'll be able to make it today baby, remember Ja told us she's going to be with her mommy for a few days?" She spoke as she placed her son in his car seat and buckled him inside.
"Oh, so I the only kid there?" He pouted and Tink stuck out her bottom lip.
"Unfortunately you are honey, but you got your iPad," she told him squeezing his hand before shutting his door. Tink walked around to her side of the car and got in. She turned on the radio as she began to pull out of the driveway.
Tink shook her head as the radio played SexyyRed, while she loved her some Sexyy, she felt her music was for the club and the club only. She didn't want to be listening to that right now. She grabbed her phone out of her purse as she pulled up to her front gate, it slowly opened and she pulled out of her driveway.
She quickly texted Niya telling her she would be there in about 10 minutes before looking at the screen on her car. She went to Apple Music and turned on Still Think About You by A Boogie. She didn't know why but this was her favorite song at the moment.
It was indeed 10 minutes when Tink pulled into the driveway of Ja's parent's house. The fact that they only lived around the corner from Ja was so adorable to her.
