I finally get home and go straight to my room quietly to make sure I didnt wake anybody up. I call my other older sister Danielle. She moved to Florida last year for university so we basically never see her. I vent to her till about 1 am and tell her what happened with me and Dame. I end up dozing off and waking up mad. I get ready for work and kiss my parents goodbye. I was so mad I didnt even wanna eat anything. I wanted this day to go by so quickly. I try to text Dame but it turns green which made me mad all over again. I call Nijah crying at this point because im blocked on everything. She tells me to come to her house after work and id call him on her phone. I get off of work and go straight to starbucks to get me and Nijah a Frappé. I arrive at her house say hello to her mom, and walk straight to her room. She hands me the phone to call Dame and he picks up. Soon as he hears my voice his whole mood changes. I asked if we could talk the whole thing out and he agrees. He pulls up to Nijahs house after about 30 minutes after he hung up. I walk outside to get in his car and try to kiss him hut he moves his head away from me. "Can you stop acting so weird and communicate with me you're acting like a kid" I say irritated. We talk the situation out and apologize to each other. As im getting out the car he pulls me in for a kiss and puts a qtr in my hands. I exit his car and he pulls off. I walk back into Nijahs house and we drive to the gas station to get some woods. We roll up and smoke half the qtr Dame gave me.after about 2 hours later I went home to take a nap. I arrived at my house and instantly went to sleep.

I woke up at around 6:09 pm and went to take a shower. I turn on some music as im in the shower and began to sing. I stayed in the shower for about 50 minutes listening to Brent Faiyz. I got out the shower and scrolled on tik tok before changing into my pajamas. As im scrolling I see Nijah call me and I pick up "girllll you just hear how many people got shot at that party from the other day" she screams. I look at her in shock and say "Who" loudly. She lists a abt 5 names but I couldnt hear her clearly because Brandon was in the background playing his game. She recites the name again and then I hear her say Jaylens name. My mouth completely drops open when I heard her say his name. I hang up on Nijah to call and see if he was okay. I unblock his number and FaceTime him and he instantly picks up." Are you okay did really got shot". He looks at the phone confused and says "Layonna what is you talm bout". I felt so dumb at that point. I sit there in embarrassment for 2 seconds before he says "Damn my shawty care abt me foreal". I fix my face and look at him side ways "come on now" I say in disappointment. He starts pouring his heart out to me saying how he misses me and wants to atleast be friends. I honestly miss Jaylen so much so i agree to us being friends. "First you gotta stop lying to me so much" I tell him afterwards. He tells me Diamond and him weren't together at the time and she was a friends sister he used to mess around with before we met. We chop it up some more before he hangs up to smoke. After the call I call Nijah and asked what she was talking about. She said "it was girl Jalen who went to her school". I look at her in embarrassment and hang up. I get back in the bed and smoke a blunt before going to get a plate of leftovers and going back to sleep.
