Donghyuck is a studious one; Gayoon can vouch for that.

They've been at the library for 3 hours already, and as she takes little breaks between them, the male doesn't.

He kept his eyes on the books in front of him, taking notes on his paper or branching notes on his own book.

If Gayoon didn't mention his discarded coffee after the first hour, the male didn't have any plans to at least take a sip on it.

Gayoon decided it's enough for her—blur already playing on her vision and her head aching from an information overload.

She already finished her objective for today anyway and started organizing the books she borrowed on one side, then reached for the paper bag where the snacks were.

Am I allowed to talk to him? Gayoon thought, taking out a fry while observing the male.

His brows are furrowed a little, and his lips are silently moving as he reads. Then he began taking notes like an unending routine.

I can't keep up with his study routine. Gayoon pouted.

"Hyuck," she softly tapped the table to gain his attention. "Donghyuck."

"A minute," he quickly replied as he wrote.

Gayoon sighed and just decided to feed him, taking out some fries and placing them over his mouth.

Donghyuck seemed to be aware of it and opened his mouth, munching all that was offered to him.

"We have no more fries," he heard the girl say. "What does he like to eat?"

"Shin Gayoon"

"Huh?" Gayoon looked up, perplexed.

"Can you sit beside me?"

"Me? Why?"

Yet Donghyuck didn't answer again, and Gayoon was left confused.

With the bag of food, Gayoon rounded the table and took a seat on his left. There she had the chance to peek through the books and notes, and all she could do was blink and be confused even more.

"Do you want more fries?" Donghyuck asked suddenly.

"No?"

"Anything?"

"None in particular."

"Does your head hurt then?"

The question made Gayoon quiet, and Donghyuck chuckled.

Finally, he stopped and stretched his arms, craning his head to loosen the numbness.

Donghyuck sighed. "Sorry, it's from me."

"What?"

"I think I pushed myself out of the limit again," he chuckled and moved all his things to the side. "I tend to overstudy a lot, especially on exams."
