16. Serendipity

The plan was simple. We are all going to follow Meerab's and Farhan's "Setting the trap" strategy. Khaani and I will be going to Farheen and be giving her some fake details about the upcoming project in our company. And Farheen, if is the actual culprit will surely try to share those details with her team. But the twist here is, #NoNetworkConnectioninthepalace. So, obviously Farheen would be worried about it. We will be then informing Farheen indirectly about a cyber cafe nearby and wait for her to go there and get confirmed about Farheen being the one who leaked the Cherries'data.

Soon we all got out of that store room and came back to the hall. The decorations have almost started by now in the whole palace leaving few untouched rooms.

"Hmm, So now, Ready to meet my cousins? " Farah looked at Farhan smirking, while Farhan gulped looking away. Farah's paltan of cousins always tricked Farhan with their silly pranks.

"Bro? You're getting scared? Come on, You are going to be a damad now. Relax they're all just kids" Adnan said assuring Farhan.

"Hey, My cousins aren't kids anymore." Farah said.

"Farah didi is right, Hello Duplicate Farhan. How are you?" Said the younger Farhan with with a serious face and folded hands.

"Uh! Here is everyone, How are you all..." Farah looked at her 5 cousins in awe.

"Didi" Madiha, the Jaan of the gang screamed hugging Farah happily. While the rest joined the group hug one after the other.

"Didi, you know we are so excited for your wedding" Said Rehan, the eldest guy of the gang. "And we even arranged a part---" Rehan was quickly shut by Farhan who placed his hand on his mouth and suppressed his words.
And here, Madiha and Sarah glared at Rehan for spitting out secrets.

"What? You all arranged, What?" Farah asked happily confused.

"He meant to say, We all arranged your vidai ceremony. So that we could kick you out soon." Jr Farhan said with a smirk and Aliza laughed with him and they inturn earned a look from Madiha.

Farah's face suddenly fell and she looked at her siblings emotionally,
"I'm going to miss you all so much!"

"But we aren't going to miss you at all" Said Sarah and everyone else laughed.

"Even I'm not going to miss you idiot, I was talking about others, Madiha I'm going to miss you Jaan." Farah flung her arms over Madiha and she reciprocated smiling.

"What a photo! I'm gonna upload this on my insta, #Crybabies." Rehan clicked a candid picture.

"Hey, Delete that." Farah warned him.

"No way" Sarah joined Rehan along with Farhan and Aliza.

"Look, Everyone I'm your elder sister." Farah was about to snatch the camera just when a strong arm did it before her. Farhan Baig.
"Guys, Runnnnnn!" Farhan exclaimed and soon the hall was filled with the cousins running after each other and a single camera passing through everyone's hands. Everything came to halt suddenly when another 6 adults entered the hall. Farah's family. And an another drama started.

Meerab, me, Ayaan and Adnan left the hall smiling. It's such a blessing to have a family like her's.

"Hey Guys, time to begin the search for Farheen." Ayaan said raising his hands.

" Yes, and you guys go to the east and south portion of the palace. Meerab to the West and I'll check the north." Khaani replied showing us the map and we all scattered in 4 directions.

I walked straight in my direction with the help of the magnetic compass in my phone. Damn these huge paintings of royal families in their old times, it's so enthusiastic. For a second I thought I was exploring a museum. And checked all the Antique pieces. I was really fond of history since my school but never had any chance to interact with the subject. I clicked a few pictures and even started making videos. I rotated my camera from West to east and so on until my right hand bumped into something. May be an antique piece. I was afraid to even turn and look at the loss I did. But wait, i didn't hear anything break.

Meerab Khan is determined searching for Farheen, She walked around the empty rooms and asked everyone she saw about Farheen, including all the decorators and guests and when she was engrossed in her mobile, she bumped into someone and instantly reflexed backwards, with both her hands in the air, eyes closely shut and with a gasp she waited for her head to pain as it came in contact with the floor. But Alas, she felt nothing. She opened her eyes slowly to see rose petals falling upon her and her lips curved into a wide smile.

"You are Beautiful" A whisper voice reached Meerab's ears and she looked up to see Ayaan directly looking into her eyes in a sitting posture with his hands beneath Khaani's head.

I turned quickly to find Adnan looking at me with a smile. Huh! I turned away and walked ahead while he walked around me, creating trouble in my way. I looked at him angrily and he smiled back continuing his task. Thus we started fighting for the dominance and we began blocking each other's ways. Suddenly our legs entangled and we fell on our backs, our hands held together.

Meerab quickly got up and Ayaan took his hands back. Both stared at each other.

Adnan and I got up gradually taking each other's help and started laughing.

Ayaan slowly started laughing and Khaani shockingly smiled at him.
