Time- 12:50 pm
"Thanks for lunch Temetrius," Khadijah says.
"It's no problem," I say grabbing onto her waist and pulling her closer to me. She looks down at my hand placement before looking up at me.
She giggles, "This is new," She acknowledges making me shrug.
"Yo ass gone get used to it," I say.
"Oh my gosh, you're Ja Morant!" We heard someone shout making both of us look in that direction. I notice that one of them is Siloe, Khadijahs' friend but Ion know who the other girl is.
"This girl," Khadijah huffs rolling her eyes and steps away from me just as they get close enough.
"I didn't know you knew Ja Morant," The girl says to Khadijah.
She clears her throat, "Um yeah, Ja this is Asia, the new pediatrician here," Khadijah says.
"You're so much finer in person," Asia says boldly, the only thing I could do is laugh.
"Preciate it," I say simply.
"You single?" She asks and out of the corner of my eyes I see Khadijah mug her.
"Yeah, he is actually," Dijah says making me look at her perplexed. Cause she know damn well, Ion want nobody else but her.
"Girl put me on then," Asia nudges Khadijah. Dijah stayed quiet for a second just staring at her.
"Oh, she's serious?" Siloe asks laughing making me laugh too. She's dead serious.
"I'm sorry but nah, I'm not gone put you on," Khadijah says making Asia look at her confused.
"Why not?" She asks mugging Dijah.
"I'm talkin' to someone right now," I speak up.
She waved me off, "She don't gotta know," She says.
"Asia, don't you got, Ion know, like work to do?" Khadijah asks tilting her head to the side. They stare at each other for a while before Asia walks away.
"Miss doctor gets jealous, good to know," I smirk making her roll her eyes.
"I wasn't jealous," She says and I give her the 'really nigga' face.
"Why you couldn't put me on then, she's fine as fuck," I joke just to see her reaction.
"Goodbye Ja," She says beginning to walk away. I take hold of her arm pulling her to me.
"I'm fuckin' wit you Dijah," I say.
"Ight Ja, I still gotta go back though, so Ima talk to you later," She says before walking off with Siloe and I sigh.

Location- Home
Time- 7:45 pm
"Ion like her," I say distastefully.
"Who? Asia?" Siloe asks peeking out of the bathroom. We were getting ready to go to the club and while we were doing so I caught Siloe up on the recent events between me and Ja.
"Yes, she's weird to me," I say, running my fingers through my freshly straightened hair.
"Who's Asia? And why don't you like her?" Amina asks coming into my room and laying down on my bed.
"She's a new pediatrician, that wanted to get wit Ja. Miss girl over here was getting a little jealous," Siloe explains making Amina laugh.
"I told her ass she was gone get tight if and when some other girl tried to talk to Ja. She don't listen to me," Amina says and I roll my eyes.
