Location- OBGYN Office
Time- 2:49 pm
April 9th

"Alright, so you're now a month and a couple of days now," The doctor informs while I hold onto Siloe's hand.

"Everything looks great, the baby is healthy, so there's nothing you have to worry about," She adds. The doctor then begins pointing at the screen, showing us where the head, arms, and legs were.

"I still can't believe you're having a baby Si," I say to her as I look at the monitor displaying the baby.

"Shit neither can I," She voices making the doctor chuckle.

"Trust me, it'll start to become real pretty soon," The doctor says.

"Do you want to hear the heartbeat?" She asks making Siloe nod. Once the sound of the heartbeat began to play throughout the room, Siloe began to tear up.

"I'll leave you two alone, I can go print out some pictures," The doctor speaks before leaving the room.

"What's wrong Siloe?" I ask as I scoot my chair closer to her.

"I can't even enjoy this Khadijah. Jaren isn't here because of our breakup and I can't even tell him because I decided to be a cheating ass bitch so I don't know if the baby is his," Siloe expresses while looking down at her growing belly.

"You don't have to worry about that now Siloe, you have me and Tasha to be by your side through this. When the time comes you can tell Jaren and Dejounte so you can get a DNA test, and figure it all out," I say.

"Jaren already hates me enough since I cheated on him. If he finds out about this he's gonna hate me even more that I don't know if it's his," She wipes her tears.

"Siloe, stop crying, you're gonna figure it out. And even if it doesn't go the way you plan you will be fine," I tell her as I grab a tissue, giving it to her. I also grab some tissue to wipe the gel off of her belly before throwing it out.

"Yeah, we'll see about that," She says while trying to regain her composure. She pulls her shirt down just as the doctor comes back into the room.

"Okay, I have the pictures here for you," The doctor says while passing the pictures to Siloe as she sits up.

"Thank you," She says.

"When you're ready you can go to the front desk to make your next appointment. Have a great rest of your day," The doctor speaks, and Siloe nods.

"Thank you, you too," Siloe smiles softly. After Siloe got herself ready we exited the room so she could make her appointment.

"Okay, let's get out of here, I'm in the mood for a smoothie,"

Location- Ja's House
Time- 3:24 pm

"Didi!" Kaari yells as I walk through the front door.

"Kaari!" I yell as I crouch down to hug her.

"Where's daddy at lil bit?" I ask as we walk into the living room where she was watching Paw Patrol.

"Upstairs," She replies while pouting her finger up. I nod before letting her run off into the living room. I trudge my way up the steps and head toward Ja's room.

"Hey baby," I smile once I see Ja who was getting his things ready for his game tonight.

"Wassup mama," He greets me as he pulls me closer to him, placing three kisses on my lips.

"You got a tropical smoothie?" He asks motioning toward the smoothie in my hand.

"Mhm," I hum causing him to reach over and grab the smoothie from my hands before taking huge sips of it.
