The next day my parents leave for the airport at 5 am. They made Bailey wake up and take them so they wouldn't have to pay for parking, one of the perks of not having your license. I decided to say goodbye to them the night before so I wouldn't have to wake up for a goodbye I probably won't remember.

I woke up around 10 and trotted down the stairs. Bailey was sitting at the kitchen island in a matching Lululemon athletic set, showing me she already went to the gym.

"Morning." I say acknowledging her presence as I open the fridge. She looks up from her phone and says the same thing back to me. I grab the orange juice and turn around to see her setting her phone down.

"So I talked to some of my friends." She starts to go on, oh god. "And I'm gonna have some people over on Friday."

"I thought Josh was having a party Friday."

"He's not- how do you even know about that?" She asks. I just shrug. "Anyways, it shouldn't be too big you can just like, go to Avery's if you don't wanna go right?"

"Yeah I can." I reply. This is what Bailey does, says it's gonna be a small friend thing and then we have a solid 30-50 people showing up. Who knows maybe this time she'll be honest and keep it small.

Doubt it.

"It won't be as big as last time I promise." She smiles as she picks her phone back up and begins typing.

Liar.

She lied

She lied.

It's Friday morning, specifically 9:42 am, second period.

Grants going.

Grant Moore is going to MY house. He's going to be in MY living room.  Drinking alcohol in MY house.  Lily can't go because she's going to see his sister in college this weekend but Austyn is going with her boyfriend Drew.  As for Avery she refused.  I first asked her over just to hangout in my room and she said absolutely not. The setting freaks her out which I can agree.  So I asked her if I could go over to hers but her parents decided family dinner+game night with her younger brothers, strictly family.
