The boyfriends living with Jeno have now been here for two weeks and it's going well. They spend so much time with him, it's like old times and it feels great. The only problem is that every night after being together like a proper family, they go to bed, together. He aches for them in these times. He knows they make up
For all the couple stuff they avoid when he's around when they get behind closed doors. Kissing, touching and of course, sex. He tries not to let it bother him too much and just be thankful for the time he gets with them but some days it's hard. Some days he's jealous and angry, others he's just sad and sometimes he just wants them so bad that he can't help but let his imagination run wild.
He's just gotten off work and he can hear them giggling in their room. He smiles softly as it is sweet to his ears, he loves when they are happy. He goes into the kitchen to grab a drink and hears their door open. Renjun walks out, still giggling.
"Hi, Jen. Come here and look at this." He says laughing still. Jeno walks over to his phone to see they were watching old videos of them, this one was them at the high school talent show.
"I can't believe you still have this." He says with a bright smile.
"We've been watching these all afternoon. We were so young." Jeno laughs.
"It wasn't that long ago." Renjun elbows him softly just as the doorbell rings. Jeno excuses himself and opens it, only to playfully shut it again.
"Chenji, to what do I owe the pleasure?" He asks with a giggle.
"It's Jichen." The tall one says with a pout. Renjun smiles at their playful exchange. They walk in as Jeno ushers them through.
"I need a favor." Jisung says making Jeno frown.
"Renjun, this is Jisung and Chenle. They live in the building and only come to visit when they need something." Chenle smirks while Jisung gasps as if he's offended just as Jaemin walks out.
"This here is Jaemin, they are boyfriends and also my best friends since forever and they are my roommates now." Jeno says with a smile. Jisung's wheels are obviously spinning.
"Oh yeah, you mentioned they were coming. It's so nice to meet you." He says turning to them. They all shake hands and finally sit when Jeno offers them some beers.
"So what do you need this time?" He asks after taking a big swallow of his beer.
"Double date?" Jeno glares at him as he waits an explanation.
"My boss is in an on again off again relationship that is currently off and I'm trying to impress him with a small dinner party and I thought you could use a date." He sighs.
"Am I only here for you to pimp me out?" Jisung chuckles and while his focus is on Jeno, Chenle has noticed that the other two deflated as soon as a date was mentioned.
"So how long have you two been a couple?" He asks changing the subject for now.
"We started dating almost a year ago." Chenle smiles.
"Oh? That's nice, Jisung and I have been together since high school. How long have you all known each other?" Jeno purses his lips, he knows Chenle is prying because of what he told them in the past.
"We have been best friends since elementary school, we went through high school then after our last year of college we got together." He says gesturing between the two of them then looks longingly at Jeno and Chenle and Renjun seem to be the only ones that notice. Renjun squeezes his thigh and Chenle smirks.
"Chenle can you help me in the kitchen?" Jeno says with a fake smile. Chenle quickly hops up and follows him.
"Oh my god, those are the two that broke you?" He whisper shouts.
"Shut the fuck up. Just stop prying, we are living together now and I don't want it to be uncomfortable." Chenle sighs.
"I'll stop just be careful, I don't want to see you in that place again." Jeno nods and hugs him.
"Thank you for caring, I'll be careful." They grab a few more beers and go back out. The other three are getting along great.
"Ok tell me about the dinner party." Jisung smiles widely.
"Ok it's on Saturday and unless he gets back together with his boyfriend, we will need you. Just come to our place." Chenle gets a devilish smirk.
"You two should come too. I think it will be more impressive if we have at least one other couple and Johnny and Ten can't make it." Jaemin looks at Renjun with a questioning glance.
"Sure, it will be a good way to get to know each other more." Renjun says looking at Jeno for approval, he only smiles and nods.
"Ok so his name is Kim Doyoung, he's only four years older than you and he's really nice." Jisung says. Jeno sighs and hangs his head.
"Ok fine, just no more of these blind dates please? I'll find my own person when I'm ready." He says softly.
"Hey, if it wasn't for our blind dates you never would have met Jungwoo." Chenle says with his now signature smirk.
"Who is Jungwoo?" Renjun quietly asks.
"Oh he's Jeno's fu..." Jeno quickly interrupts.
"Friend, we are friends." He says glaring at Chenle.
"What's that Jisung? You need to get Chenle home to bed?" Chenle cackles while the others just giggle along. They stay longer because Chenle offered to buy Chinese food for everyone and of course no one is going to argue with free dinner.
After they leave and Jeno goes to shower Renjun sees Jaemin chewing on his nails and takes his hand out of his mouth.
"What are you doing?" He sighs.
"I just don't like this, I don't want to sit and watch him on a date, it's going to be so awful, plus it sounds like there is more to this Jungwoo person then he's telling us." Renjun kisses his lips softly.
"I'm sure it's not a big deal, maybe they dated for a while and decided they were better as friends, he said he wasn't seeing anyone and I don't see why he'd lie. He doesn't know about our feelings." Renjun smiles and kisses his cheek again. He's the one that's been trying to stay positive through this whole thing. Jaemin sighs and stands, pulling Renjun to his feet.
"Let's go to bed and cuddle." He smiles and follows along. They crawl into bed and hold each other like always.
"I love you Jaem." Renjun whispers, Jaemin smiles and squeezes him.
"I love you." He says back.

When Jeno gets out of the shower he sees they have left the couch and sighs. He gets into his big, lonely bed and turns on the tv. He lies there watching until he can't keep his eyes open. He is so very tired of being lonely but he can't let go of his feelings and he knows this blind date is going nowhere but he will help his friends anyway.
