We cut to the evening after an extremely eventful day for the XL5 crew. Her home sits beside a river, reflecting the bright moonlight beautifully on its waves. This then transitions to the inside of Venus' home where a big dinner party is held in the dining room. The "This Is The Twist" plays on a TV monitor in the lounge for a large gathering of people to join in on the feast. The table has been elongated to make room for a large number of guests. The front of the table to the camera has Steve, Venus, Zoonie, the Professor, and Lieutenant Ninety on one side. On the right hand side, we have on the elongated side, the Commander, Jonathan, Eleanor, and Jock Campbell.
At the other side of the elongated table, we have Wrafgh, Skarva, Kasak, and Josiah. Robert works with the Savox miners who help to serve the dinner, which has finished. All the food has been eaten up as the plates are empty, bar a few exceptional crumbs. Dishes sit in the middle of the table, but the beverages of the World Space Patrol remain full. Zoonie eats a bar of Martian Delights that he scoffs down. The Space City personnel are dressed in smart suits and dresses for the dinner event. Even Zoonie is dressed in a huge black bow tie.
Steve Zodiac:
And that just about sums up how we got rid of the Subterrains aboard the ship, Commander. Thanks to Venus, she was really the one who saved Space City.
Commander Zero:
Yeah. Well, we all played our part, Steve. We have a huge operation that needs to run like clockwork. Without fail. Without delay. And with punctuality. Isn't that right, Lieutenant Ninety?
The Lieutenant looks awkwardly.
Lieutenant Ninety:
Yes, sir.
Professor Matic:
Yeah, well, the Subterrains' services weren't all as they seemed cracked up to be.
Steve Zodiac:
I admit, I liked their set up a lot. If only we weren't already doing their job first.
Dr. Venus:
And with honest, good intent Steve.
Skarva:
Yes, yes. I quite agree, Dr. Venus. BURP! Oh. Pardon my manners. We Savoxians aren't so used to consuming non-liquid fluids.
Wrafgh:
I think he is trying to convey that we thoroughly enjoyed your meal, Earthmen. Thank you.
Dr. Venus:
My pleasure. It has been a while since I've had to cook such a big meal for so many guests.
Jock Campbell:
I couldn't have done a better job myself, Venus. Even with my lassie's old haggis, I don't think would match your cooking, Venus.
Skarva:
And for the excellent hospitality, you have so kindly shared with your Earth... music, you call it?
Steve Zodiac:
Yeah, music. That's right. Glad you like the tune. Venus picked this program specially for tonight.
Kasak:
And we must also convey our thanks for all you have done for our people. Now, we are together and united once more.
Josiah:
If it were not for the Subterrains, we would still be sworn enemies with one another.
Commander Zero:
And we for one are glad to see you guys as friends now. With the way we were all tricked by the Subterrains, war seemed inevitable.
Steve Zodiac:
