A little sweet and a little sour

So tonight I was going on a date with Damon. He had told me to wear something casual, so I put on a red playsuit that had pink flowers on it. I then paired it with a black jacket and white converses. Next I put my hair up into this braided bun that I'm awesome at.
An hour later, Damon had arrived and as I opened the door I felt my mouth open in shock. Damon was wearing this short sleeve shirt and jeans and had paired it with his favorite leather jacket. It was a very casual look but he looked amazing. In his hands were flowers that were the most deep shade of red possible.
He smiled at me and said, "You look gorgeous tonight!"
"Thank you" I said blushing.
"So are you ready to go yet?"
"Yes but I want to quickly get these flowers in some water."
I took the flowers from his hand and put them in a beautiful vase. I said a quick goodbye to Jeremy who was on Skype with Bonnie. Those two have gotten very close lately. So close that I wouldn't actually be surprised if they started dating.

I got into Damons car and tried multiple times to figure out where we were going. We drove for 30 minutes before getting to a lake but this lake was different from the one in Mystic Falls. For one the stars were reflected on the calm, silent water. Secondly, the whole area had a eerie sense to it. As I got out I saw pathway leading into some woods. I turned around to comment on it to Damon, but he had disappeared. So I walked down the pathway and I saw a piece of paper on a tree. It said

I round the corner and saw Damon standing there his eyes watering.
"I love you too" I whispered and I ran towards him and leaped into his arms. I kissed like I never had before, and we both had huge smiles on our faces and traces of tears still on our faces.

A couple of hours later we were in his car again and all of a sudden he stopped.
"Why did you stop" I ask him curiously.
"This place right here is where I first laid eyes on you" Damon said as he stared out the window. I leaned over and gave him a quick kiss before saying, "you mean the best day of my life."
"You don't even remember it", he said laughing.
"Whatever" I said laughing two and we kept on driving. Suddenly we were nearing a bridge when suddenly a deer was right in the road.
"Watch out!" I yelled and Damon slammed on the brakes. He got out to check to see if there was any damage. Suddenly the car felt different. It started to move on its own and I screamed for Damon as the car ran off the bridge.

I was gasping for breath and I knew somewhere in my heart that this was it. I was going to die. And I closed my eyes for the last time.
