"Go," I whispered, moving back. "Go, NOW!"

Zombies snarled and ran towards us. Mi-jin ran to the boy in the stretcher, pulling him.

I was about to help but my hand was being tugged by On-jo who didn't see the two. She pushed me into a room full of equipment.

Must be the gym room.

There were carts filled with dodgeballs, and other types too.

Once everyone was in, we closed the door. Mi-jin was sobbing hard for Joon-seong who sacrificed himself for us.

Sounds of multiple footsteps were heard from outside and I lean my head to the wall. A shaky breath escaped my dry lips and my body shook with fear.

It was like a stampede. On-jo wraps her arm around mine. I look over to my left. Cheong-san looked numb. He was holding on to one of the carts.

Dae-su came over to Cheong-san, fidgeting with his hands. "I-I'm so sorry. I...I didn't know it was your mom. I'm sorry."

Cheong-san slowly dropped to the ground, as Dae-su stood, feeling extremely guilty. He looked like he was about to cry.

On-jo and I crouched next to him. She laid a hand on his arm as I softly pull his head onto my shoulder, kissing his head as we cry with him.

I try my best to ignore the loud noises that's surrounding the small room.

Su-hyeok let go of the door—which was now locked, he and the others started placing mats on the floor, making mini flat beds.

On-jo went to help and I stood next to Cheong-san not wanting to let him go.

"We should help," he finally spoke.

I lift my head and looked up him. Searching for something that lets me know he's certain. With a simple nod of my head, we went over to help.

Once the beds were made, I laid near Cheong-san, looking up to the ceiling. On-jo was already asleep on the gym mat.

We didn't exchange words but our hands found each other and that was enough to let him know I was there for him.

Slowly, my eyes began to close and I allow myself to finally sleep.

The sun was bright, the window allowing sunlight to come in view.

My eyes fluttered open and I was covered in someone's jacket. Instead of waking up to the ceiling, my first view was Cheong-san asleep.

It was a great view—but I wasn't going to tell him that.

His hair was messy, a few strands falling in his face. Hell, he even looks cute asleep. His cheeks were a little colored and his eyebrows were slightly scrunched which made him look mad but..cute mad.

I hate it—that was false, I lied, I was just jealous he looked like an angel asleep while I look like a bear.

One arm was under his head and the other was—

Oh.

Immediate butterflies appeared in my stomach. I tried to move, wanting the feeling to go away but the hand on my waist tightened and I froze.

Shit, shit, shit!

The last thing I need was for him to wake up. I lift my head the slightest and found everybody else still asleep—thank god, I would've died if someone would caught me.
