Trigger Warning:Mentions of self harm&abuse
She was raped at seven
Bullied at eleven
Abandoned by her mother
Beaten half to death by her father
Her own flesh and blood who were supposed to love her
Proved to her multiple times that they didn't care
She walked through life alone
From a young age she had always been on her own
Hope had been the only hand she could hold
And now even he had started to let go
With her only friend gone
All her passion and determination was lost
Until the day she was walking through the shops
A little boy about the age of seven
Hugged her tight just around the time she was leaving
When she asked him why
This was his reply
'I was told to hug anyone with 'battle scars' because they fought a long hard war and they may be still fighting'
