Xu Ming had just finished his lunch outside when his phone was suddenly bombarded by countless texts which caused him to slightly frown in displeasure.

Nonetheless, his hand went to grab the phone and the moment he saw the countless notifications from Wechat appearing on the screen, he momentarily went silent.

He shouldn't have been so stupid as to create a chat group with this guy.

What a waste of time and memory space.

[Xu Ming]: Shut up.

[Boss Cain]: You finally answer! QAQ

Seeing the 'QAQ' sent by Cain, Xu Ming frowned in disgust, and in the next second, a notification was shown in the group chat interface.

Xu Ming has left the group chat.

Cain,"......"

Cain calmed himself down and immediately made a call and after a few rings, the other finally picked up. However, before he could even complain, the other side's cold voice steadily floated over, "You are old now so go and take your medicine."

Cain,"......"

Hearing this nonsense, Cain angrily said in a huff, "I recall that you are two months older than me?"

Xu Ming slightly raised an eyebrow at his statement. Slightly adjusting his sitting posture he generously enlightened his old friend, "You are 34, I am 25."

"......Fxxx, I completely forgot about this shxt!"

Cain felt like nothing was going his way. He couldn't beat this guy in anything and now this bastard was going to live even longer than him!

How come he suddenly became 9 years older when they were born in the same year?!

While Cain was fuming inside, Xu Ming did not care about his old friend's mental health as he lightly asked, "What's the problem?"

"What's the problem?! You are the problem! What were those messages that you sent me this morning?!"

As Xu Ming adjusted the phone to be a bit far away from his ear, he expressionlessly asked in a sarcastic tone, "Are you too old to even understand those?"

Of course, Cain understood since he was a social butterfly so he was no stranger to this kind of thing.

But when it came to this guy, Cain had second thoughts.

He simply had no humorous cells in him!

However, after listening to Xu Ming's serious voice, Cain began to feel doubtful as he hesitatingly questioned,"...Are you saying that you are just sending them for fun? Seriously?"

Listening to Can’s overly suspicious tone, even the taciturn Xu Ming started to become a little annoyed.

"Otherwise?"

After Xu Ming said this, Cain immediately went silent.

The Xu Ming he knew would never bother with this kind of thing that they, mundane humans did in everyday life.

All he knew was to work and take responsibility for every member of his group. As if, it didn't matter whether he was living for himself or not.

Recalling Xu Ming's last words to him before the accident took place, Cain unconsciously tightened his grip on the phone.

That day… Xu Ming knew that he might die but he still went.
