To think that even after Xu Ming had turned into a woman, his charms didn't diminish and still attracted women, Cain was a bit speechless.
“Surely, you can find a better perso–”
“You think a Muse is like a cabbage?!”
Cain flinched from her roar while Xu Lin glared at the former as if he was the one who was not sane.
She might be a careless person on normal days but when it comes to work, she can be a bit aggressive.
She angrily slapped the counter wanting to express her opinion, “My sister-in-law is the most beautiful person I have ever seen! Her beauty transcends genders and her king aura is unmatched! That condescending gaze sends shivers down your spine and makes you want to submit yourself to her! Her features are delicate but sharpened by her icy looks! I have never seen someone who is handsomely beautiful like her before!”
Xu Lin paused for a bit to catch her breath. The scene of Xu Ming dressed in her clothes popped inside her head causing her cheeks to blush, “Ah, how great it is to have the clothes I made worn on her beautiful body~”
Cain: “......” Old Ming, run for your life.
Not noticing Cain’s increasingly strange gaze, Xu Lin was still absorbed in her own story. Gradually, her ecstasy expression waned as she turned to the side to seriously ask, “Say. Being my muse is such an honor so why does she look so offended? Unlike you who gave me some face, she didn't even glance at me! All I wanted was to look at her!”
In response to her question, Cain suddenly took out his phone, snapped a quick picture of her, and shoved it to her face.
Cain said with a grave expression, “Take a good look.”
Xu Lin stared at her selfie quizzically.
The camera angle was bad. The lighting was too dark. The zoom-in was a bit too much. However, despite all of these, Xu Lin’s beauty still shone through and pulled it off.
She inwardly nodded her head, patting herself for doing such a good job with her makeup.
Her cheeks were a bit red due to alcohol but it only added another layer of sensual charms to her already beautiful face.
Mm. Mom and Dad must be so proud to have such a beautiful daughter like me.
“What did you see?”
“A beautiful lady.” Xu Lin confidently flipped her hair.
Just as she thought that Cain shared the same sentiment as her, the other party suddenly said in a deadpan face, “But I see a crazy woman.”
Xu Lin: “......”
The happiness was instantly wiped away from her face and Xu Lin glared at Cain, not hiding the fact that she was offended by his remark.
Perhaps, her gaze was too burdensome, Cain reluctantly changed his words, “I mean… Crazy energy. Maybe your sister-in-law found it too taxing.”
Hearing this explanation, Xu Lin angrily snorted. She then took a big sip from her glass.
She grumbled, “I think I asked the wrong person to come out.”
“I know right? Why did you call me out of all people?”
Cain wholeheartedly agreed with her words. The two did talk a few times on the phone but they never met outside.
With Xu Lin’s personality, Cain reckoned that she should have a lot of friends to hang out with. It was a wonder why she asked him out.
It is not like she is trying to hit on him either, at least Cain knows this much.
