They reached to the nearest McDonald's and there Rose bought a Happy Meal while the pair of men of the family bought a hamburger to them. Rose was very excited, both because it was the first time in almost 20 years that she would eat human food as well that the toys at that moment were about Star Wars: Episode IX: the Rise of Skywalker (though she would later call it "The Funeral of Skywalker".
Then they sit on some seats that were near to a TV that was transmitting news about 41 people in Wuhan City, China, that contracted a new virus called COVID-19. Though Rose put a little of attention to it, Steven called her.
-Hey mom, aren't you embarrassed for buying a Happy Meal that is for kids?- Steven asked.
-Well, the package is targeted for kids but there isn't a law that forbid me to eat it or to buy it, as well that I like to collect the toys that they have on it, which now is for Star Wars, Steven, Star Wars! I hope I got something good- Rose said opening the box, finding that she won the keychain of Leia –cool, I like Leia, RIP Carrie Fisher. The hairstyle reminded me of Pink Pearl when I saw the movie 42 years ago. It made me feel sad sometimes-
-Yeah, I can feel related to it- Steven said.
-You wanna try to collect all of them Rose?- Greg asked.
-I would like to, but I don't want to take more of the time that White is sharing to me, though Nora could collect them for me. Not that I can organize my things as a guardian angel, but knowing that it will be on the family and the Crystal Gems comforts me- Rose said.
-So, you went to see Star Wars together?- Steven asked.
-Yeah, when the Episode 1 was launched. Garnet almost ruined it for us because it almost spoiled us- Greg said.
-Yes, but we managed to dodge all her spoilers, not like when she spoiled to me and Nora that Darth Vader was Luke's father, but we thought that it was a joke, but when we went to the cinema we were like "WHAAAAAAAAAT!?". I don't know if it Sapphire the one that likes to spoil the movies or is Ruby the one that like it, but is kinda annoying- Rose said.
-Yes, I know what you mean- Steven said.
-But I guess that there are Sapphires that doesn't like to do it- Greg said.
-Yeah, at my old Diamond Days I found several Sapphires that didn't liked to be Sapphires besides their high status at the Gem Empire- Rose said.
-And why was that?- Greg asked interested.
-Because of their powers they couldn't have normal lives or live in the present, as some of them said, as well that I remember one that told me that hated being a Sapphire because she knew what her friends would say, see the horrible ways in which they could die, see the ways in she could die or even simple things that she couldn't laugh at a joke properly because she would see the end of the joke before the other Gem could complete it, so she was searching for a way to take out her powers- Rose said.
-What a poor Sapphire. What happened to her?- Steven said.
-I managed to calm her down and focus to achieve the futures she wanted and avoid the ones she couldn't. I wonder if she is still alive? Maybe she got fused with a Padparadscha so both of them could nullify their powers and live in the present, or maybe live in the present and use their powers at will, not being trapped to live in the future nor the past- Rose said.
-That would be a nice live for them. I wonder can uses I can do with the power to see the past?- Greg said.
-Well, White told me that there is a Padparadscha at the CPUP that works as a police detective and use her past vision to see how the victim was attacked and recollect the clues and got the culprit in a faster way- Rose said.
