Shinichiro x reader

You and your boyfriend shinichiro sano. You being a doctor in training  and shin being a gang leader. The day you two meet is when  you were having a normal day when you see someone completely covered in blood you honestly thought he was dead but you felt a pulse on his hand and picked him up and walked to your house as quickly as possible. You set him on your nice new couch. You felt pain but went to the bathroom and grabbed a medkit and a few towels  and walked back over to him sitting up and rubbing his forehead "lay back down your hurt dumbass" you said though you weren't one for cursing you still cussed. Pushing his head on the arm rest and looking around for any injuries you take a towel and wiped it across his face and watching him wince in pain. You saw cuts and bruises. "How does this happen you are a gang leader how does this happen" you look at him and watch his eyes widen. " I only know because of your jacket." You say and then his eyes relax. You finished tending to the cuts and bruises but instead of giving him normal bandages you gave him ones with cartoon characters all over them. A smile appears on your face like a child. And then after that day you guys hanged out a lot more. Still having a smile on your face you then became a certified doctor and was always tending to shinichiros wounds. Weeks pasted you and shinichiro became best friends. You had started falling for him the black haired male that was always there, you met the gang and ended up joining, you were a doctor but that didn't mean you were weak the opposite actually you were pretty strong for a 19 year old(past shin being 19 as well) you became good friends with everyone in the gang. You were there when shin got siblings and then his adoptive brother. You always took the kids out for snacks without shin knowing but when you get back you would always get a stern talking to. Then you guys started dating and we're dating for 4 years until something happened. You were at shins shop and were about to leave when you guys heard something and shin walked out you grab your bag and turn to shin who was already out the door of the room you were in. You walked out to see shin on the floor and two people in black. You quickly run to shinichiros side and start trying to wake him up you pull out your medical stuff from your bag and start tending to his wound. You look at the people in black only to recognize them as Baji and Kazutora, some of Mikeys best friends. You didn't know what to feel. "SHIN THIS ISNT FUNNY COME ON WAKE UP" you yelled pulling shinichiro into your arms and lightly slapping his face trying you best to wake him up."HEY YOU PROMISED.!!"Panicking and hearing the police sirens "leave go and run!." You yelled they were just kids maybe they were scared and reacted on instinct. Watching the kids run away you are still try to wake up shinichiro." Hey come on you promised " you said your voice cracking with tears streaming down you face. Once the police and an ambulance got here I told them everything that happened but didn't mention who or what the people looked like. You ended up losing shinichiro and taking care of the younger siblings like you were their older sibling. You visited shinichiro every day with his favorite kind of flowers. You didn't care if it was girly or something.

you still worked as a doctor but on your days off you worked at the same job as shinichiro. You were working at a job one day when Mikey and Emma ran in and hugged you. You being the person you are hugged them back and looked around for izana "where's izana?" You said.

"He was right behind me" Emma said you looked behind her.
"Alright stay here for a moment I'll be right back" you said and they stayed there "there's snacks in the top drawer" you whispered. Then you walked out of the shop to hear ruffling and yelling. you quickly run over and punch a man in black. "Go to shinichiros shop." you said and he nodded you smiled "go there I'll meet you guys there." You said and watched izana run away.You turned to the man and kicked him in the side of the head. You watch the man fall to the ground and stepped on his stomach crouching down "do not touch them again" you say with anger filling your voice.
"Y/n!!" You heard Mikey yell behind you. You turn to see and a man about to smash a bottle on your head you move your leg and make him fall. And quickly stand up and take the empty glass bottle and and smash it on his head you turn to see a whole gang and one has a bat look.you turn you heard to the children.
"I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY NO MORE DORAYAKI " you yell and run towards them.
"NO PLEASE WE WILL LEAVE" Mikey yells back dragging izana and Emma away. You smile and look back at the gang and grab your mask one you used when fighting to not give up your identity not like they haven't seen your face. You find your mask in the small bag you grabbed on your way out and slid it on you saw some of their faces when they saw the design on it. They all knew you as N/N you even heard someone yell your name. You weren't known for the nicest of things. Like murder and other non nice things. You jump up pretty high and used your legs to land on some bodies an evil grin appeared on your face. You started beating up peoples using your legs and hands to kick and punch. You weren't the person you planned to be. Once all were on the ground you started walking away back to your shop but when you were walking you heard your real name. You lifted your mask and turned behind you to see former members of black dragons you rolled your eyes and kept walking.
"Y/n WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!!" One yelled you recognized it as takeomi. "IS IT BECAUSE SHINICHIROS DEAD" he yelled again you stopped moving and turned to look at them. You were pissed he just mentioned your dead boyfriend and blamed him for you beating up people. You turned back around and kept walking, you heard running behind you and someone put a hand on your shoulder you look behind you and kick them so hard the flew into the wall. Little did you know those kids were watching you but soon ran back to the shop.
"Dont mention his name or I'll kill you next time." You said looking at him with a glare. You turn back around and walked to shinichiros shop. You were tired but you didn't care.

YEARS LATER
You being 26
You were going to the festival with a few friends when Mikey told you about a fight breaking out and asked you to join in. You being you helped him, it was two days before august 3rd so you went shopping for an outfit to wear. You found a kimono but it was with shorts and a jacket looking and you bought it and boy was it a lot of money. You told your friends about not being able to go because of work.

August 3rd
You met up with Mikey and walked with him. You were hiding your mask in a pocket. You saw other people tall as fuck one, looking like a zombie, and many others. You were with Draken and Mikey at the start standing with the both "where is your gang Mikey" you whisper yelled to him.
"They'll be here soon" he replied you look at him with a bitch you serious face.
"Soon my ass" you responded back rolling your eyes. You slid you mask on and put up your fists.

You were now helping Draken with takemichi when you get stabbed in the gut you turned and kicked the person in the head. You were a d taking off the jacket leaving you in a only a tank top. you held the jacket and ripped it to tie Drakens wound. And put him on your back and carried him trying to leave as fast as possible when gang members that were surrounding you ran when they saw the mask on your faces "YOU DIDNT REALIZE TILL NOW" you yell "WHAT FUCKING LOSERS" you yelled again. Putting your hand on the spot that was stabbed you vision went black and you fell to the ground.

You expected to wake up in a hospital but you didnt you had awoken to see shinichiro. You ran towards him "SHINICHIRO" you yelled and hugged him. You looked around but this wasn't the hospital.
"Y/n..?" He said looking at you.
" yes yes it's me how are you.!" You we're excited finally seeing your boyfriend after years.
"What is wrong with you." He said in a stern voice pushing you off.
"What.?" You paused and looked at your hands. You were covered in blood. "What the.."
"You aren't human. I hate you." He said.

You woke up. Tears streaming down your face. "I'm sorry.." you said wiping tears off of your face. You turned and laid back down. You fell back asleep. You felt a hand gently brushing through your hair.

"you're okay." It said "I'll protect you." They said a few moments later. "It's my turn to help." They say few moments later.

You wake up but not in a hospital bed you see shinichiro maybe you were dreaming again until he ran towards you crying.
"Y/n I'm so sorry." He apologized
"For what..?" You questioned
"I broke our promise." He said between tears.
"Oh." You said and started laughing.
"WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING.!!" He yelled sniffling
"You act like a child shin."
"HEY I AM 26!! I MISS YOU SK MUCH!!" He yelled. You started laughing tears spilling down your face and your ribs started to hurt.
"I miss you too." I said between laughter. He started shaking you.
" you're so mean." Shiniciro said
"Wow Mikey Kinnie here." You said
"IM NOT THAT KID IS EMO!!" He yelled and you fell on the floor laughing."OMG ARE YOU OKAY!!" He yelled sitting on the ground next to you. You stopped laughing after a bit and fell asleep in shinichiros arms. You were finally with him again.
