Y/n a parent. Not a bio parent but more of a figure parent. They were the parent for many kids. They were so confusing no matter how hard you tried to understand them. They were like a casino always having to consider your choices you could get anything. Y/n. What has happened to you..

2001

Walking down the street. You smiled happily on our way to check on your kids. You had to go see shinichiro anyways so it didn't matter. You nodded your head listening to a small beat in the background. You came across shinichiros shop and walked inside.

"Y/N!!" One yelled. You turned your head to see Mikey and emma. You smiled then waved you looked around for izana. "Izanas at home. He didn't wanna come." Mikey said. You nodded. Turning your head and walking towards where shinichiro is normally at you walked slowly down the hall. And softly smiling getting the smell of cigarette smoke. You had the same soft smile.

"Shin?" You said peeking your head through the door. He was sleeping. Did he do overtime again. Dang it shin I told you to stop staying up so late. You shook your head. You walked over and picked him up bridal style. He woke up and almost fell but you caught him so you were good.

He chuckled and snuggled into your chest. You smiled softly and walked into a small staff only room. You laid him softly on the couch and he hung onto my leg the moment I was about to walk away. I sighed and smiled. He smiled at me. He sat up and you laid down behind him. He laid on top of you and snuggled into your chest. You softly smiled and you both end up passing out somehow. Waking up and noticing shinichiro wasn't here anymore. You sighed and got up. You walked out of the room and saw the black haired man laid on the ground a pile of blood surrounding his head. I ran towards him noticing the kids.. you look at the kids. They were both terrified. You panicked and was worried. The sound of sirens came into the picture. You opened the door and gestured for the kids to run. You sat by shinichiros side. And tended to his wound seeing if it could help just a bit. I don't think I would. Ever would. You later see the police and an ambulance take away shinichiro. You stared softly hearing the police say they will find out who did this and you nodded.

You waited by shinichiros side for days which turned into weeks and soon turned into months then months turned into years.

2005
At this point the hospital says he's dead but the heart monitor still goes on. You wait there and bring him flowers. You just wish he would wake up. You stood up and tears spilled out of your eyes. You softly brought a hand to wipe them. Then you turn your back to him. "I'm so sorry shinichiro." You say softly. You were about to open the door then you heard a gasp. You turned and saw shinichiro sitting up. You run towards his side. "Are you okay??!?" You say tears streaming down your face. He was alive. You didn't even know how to is was possible. You smiled and he just hugged you. You were going to protect this man till you die. You smiled.

Months later.
You were with shinichiro when you find a girl she started to hug shinichiro. Hm? "Shinichiro! I haven't seen you in forever. How have you been. You just ghosted me for years." She says. "We were about to go on a date. Then I heard you were in the hospital.." she says. Then she looks in my direction. "What are you doing here. This is my boyfriend." She says. You stood their shocked why didn't shinichiro say anything. He looked at you with pity in his eyes.

"I meant to tell you about...this.." he says. I glare at him.

"Is that all I am to you? A side hoe." You say looking down. Tears slowly following out of your eyes. "We're over shinichiro." You said then You started to walk away. You didn't wait for him to say anything else. You walked to his store and grabbed your stuff. You then left. You grabbed your money for the bank and got yourself an apartment. You left and found your home and took your stuff packing it and moving it all to the apartment. You didn't want him finding you. You didn't change your number though. You soon unpacked everything and this happened in a week. You did all of this in a week. You saw a picture of you and shinichiro.

Months later
You were walking down the street you were holding hands with your lover and smiling. You turn your head to an alley to see a woman crying. She was wearing a beautiful outfit and she had mascara dripping from her face. You looked at your lover than went over to the poor woman. You helped her up and she started to explain. It was similar to how you and shinichiro broke up. "Gotta keep it together even when you fall apart but this ain't your mamas broken heart." You say she hugged you and nodded. She let go and and wiped her tears away. She nodded. Though she looked younger than you, you could tell that she was going to make an impact in the world. You walked back over to your lover. They gave you a small peck on the lips and you smiled. You continued to take your small stroll down the street. Looking at a small poster. August 3rd. A festival. "Can we go?" I asked they nodded and smiled. "then we need to go shopping!" I say and we go to the store. You had a soft smile knowing that you were finally in love again.
